Dehydration/servicing of 630 KVA transformer at Chandrawal WW I by carrying out the following Jobs Disconnection of transformer 630KVA by de-energize from power supply, disconnecting the incoming /out going HT cables connection and tapping the connection leads with craft tape.Removing the top cover ,oil tank, silica gel breathers etc.
Draining the complete oil of transformer in empty drums by machine.
Removing of sludge from the tank & cleaning the core & winding of HT & LT side by hot oil vacuum machine.
Replacement of 11 KV HT and 0.44 KV insulator Bushing.
Replacement of silica gel as required.
Providing of transformer oil Make: Servo/BPL/HP or as per DJB approved.
Replacement of winding protection pads.
Automated filtration & dehydration of Transformer oil.
Replacement of top cover gasket & insulator gasket oil seal for stopping the leakage.
Repairing of cooling fins. Brazing the fins for stopping the oil leakages.
Painting of complete transformer as required.
Top up of oil, Assembling /fitting of the above parts by tri-pod chain pulley or crane from the transformer i/c making connection HT/LT sides after degreasing and removing dust/oil from the external surface of transformer, cooling fins for natural cooling & testing with provision of necessary barriers, warning signals and other safety measures during execution of work. Di-electric Testing, Complete testing on load at site.
