Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22 to 25 mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished over 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed with cement and suitable pigment (mixed with white cement) to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid dry beded in any mortor complete all as specified.

Granite 20mm thick machine cut, bedded andjointed as in cills, jambs, steps and the like with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cementwith admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing , etc with 15mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified.

20mm thick Granite machine cut, in skirting/dado door window sill, jambs etc laid over cement screed ( 1::3) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture ofpigment to match the shade ofgranite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulders/block masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, ashlar facing, dressed stonework, precast concrete artilcles and precast concrete block walling etc. Complete all as specified and directed.

Preparatiion of new plastered surfaces and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces. complete all as spd and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Preparation of new plaster surface of ceiling applying three coats of white wash complete all as spd

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm width or grith not otherwise described and applying one coat of syntheic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of old plastered surfaces as in External walls, soffits & facias of beam ,chajjas & incl roof/floor bottom ceiling portion in etc applying two coats of weather coat proof Acrylic based exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer of shade as approved by GE complete all as specified.

Taking down chowkats or frames n.exc 1.5 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off Shutter) complete all as specified.

Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

S& F in repair to Powder coated Aluminium doors of section incl chowkat size of door n.exe 4 Sqm (chowkat 101mmx44mmx 1.5mm wall thickness, stiles, top & lock rail of shutter 80mmx44mmx1.5mm wall thickness, bottom rail Min 90mmx44mmx2mm thick wall thickness) including aluminium hinges, aluminium tower bolts 200mm, aluminium handle 150mm, 4 mm thick plain glass,necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws & 1 nos hydraulic door closer of aluminium body,mortice lock four levers with two Nos keys etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

S&F Floor door stopper of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor over all length of cover 150 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to existing RCC roof slab including preparation of surfaces parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/ specification from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) one layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3 mm thick, weight not less than 3.0 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non wovwn polyster fabric or weight not less 160 gms per sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 60 cm minimum) and then inserted insde the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. (Note:- (i) Laying of APP based membrane shall be done by torch on method or as per manufacturers instruction. (ii) A minimum overlap of 150 mm and 100 mm should be made in the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as manufacturers instruction. (c ) Applying two coats of reflective Bituminous aluminium paint on top of APP membrane. Laying of Standard APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) including removal existing treatment , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L for 10 mm thick (average) plastering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, in order to maintain proper slope and base over existing roof surfaces for laying of APP based polymeric membrane, including add WPC @3% of cement weight ( Dr Fixt /Cera /Krishna etc ) , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Rate includes WPC & Polymeric membrane will be measured and paid separately)

Special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and Bath room as per following stages:Stage 1 :- Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc .Stage 2:- Providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with chemical of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP/SIKA /plaster seal of STP Ltd or Equallent Stage 3:- Applying Dr Fixit Primseal primer or STP Ltd(and allow to dry for 8 hours) under touch dry condition Stage 4:- Applying two coats of water proofing of Dr Fixit Pidicrete for the sunken portion of toilets/bathrooms (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per manufactutrer instruction Stage 5:-Again rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 25mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any.

Plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm gdd stone agg as in floor filling as mass concrete or in sub base of floors complete all as specified.
