Tanker chassis frame of rectangular size with centrally fitted draw bar in triangular "V" shape will be made of heavy duty S.S. 304 Grade Stainless Steel channel having cross section of (125mm x 65mm x 6mm), 3.15mtr. x 0.97 meter rectangular chassis frame & suitable size of draw bar mounted on square type 65mm x 65mm x 1.44 meter long solid axle having both end machined & threaded including hub, rim, twin tapper roller bearing and SS304 Grade Stainless Steel hexagonal lock nut with 2 nos. Tyre- Tube of size 7.50-16 & providing suitable mud guard made of 4mm thick SS304 grade steel sheet & fitted above wheel with reinforcing ribs and supported SS304 Stainless Steel bracket. Tanker body will be of elliptical shape made of 4mm thick SS304 grade Stainless steel sheet with one no, man hole of 450 mm dia with hinged cover of same material & locking arrangement shall be provided on top, 2nos. X 3/4" dia. SS304 Stainless steel socket & nipple, tap (bib cock) in rear portion, 40mm G.M. Ball valve with SS304 Graded Stainless steel nipple, socket and provision for one no. bottom plug for cleaning. Tanker should have holding bar of SS304 grade Stainless steel hollow tube of 25mm dia. on top & should be fixed with the suitable size of SS304 grade Stainless Steel plate with equal distance. Two (02) nos climbing bar of SS304 Grade Stainless Steel of suitable size be fixed in front of tanker body for climbing purpose. Complete tank body polishing except axle, hub, rim etc. Doing spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint on all iron metallic structure as axle, hub, rim etc. after rubbing cleaning and one coat of primer & making sticker of department name and required slogan on all side of tanker.
