Providing in/c testing and commissioning of Split type High wall 1.50 TR (4,500 Kcal/ hr.)+-2% split A.C. Machine with Inverter Compressor technology operating on non-CFC refrigerant (R-410A/R-32/equivalent refrigerants) suitable for wall mounting conforming to IS:1391 (Part-II) specification (Evaporator & Condenser must have copper pipe) suitable for operation on 230 volt +- 10%, not less than 3 (Three) Star rating (2019 Standard), 50Hz, Single Phase AC Supply capable of performing a) Cooling b) Dehumidifying c) Air Circulation d) Filtering as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Standard installation of 1.5 TR/2.00 TR capacity High Wall Split Air Conditioner i/c providing of electrical plug top of required capacity, flling up/ repairing of drilled portions by cement mortar, painting etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fabrication of M.S. platform for placement of condensing unit by using M.S. angle of (50x50x5) mm size base plate, nuts & bolts or cradle of suitable sizes i/c painting, fitting, fixing grouting by cement mixer as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of additional length of copper pipe of suitable diameter for suction and liquid line between indoor and outdoor units (for 1.5 TR & 2 TR ac) beyond the standard length as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and connecting Electric Control cables between MCB to indoor/outdoor. 3C X 2.5 Sq. Mm Copper Cable.

Providing hard PVC pipe of best quality of 25 mm diameter including necessary clamping and fitting for draining of condensate water from indoor unit as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fitting fixing of R O Water Purifier suitable for 10 ltr. capacity on single phase, 230 ± 10% Volt, 50Hz (ION Exchange/Voltas/USHA make) etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing & laying of 1/2 inch dia PVC water Pipe from nearest water point to water purifier point including supplying of the necessary accessories like elbow, union joint, bends, stop cocks, valves and other essential materials etc complete in the District court building, Sonamura as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing Installation testing and Commissioning of Star rated (minimum 3 star according to current industry standard) Refrigerator of approved make and technical specification operating on environment friendly non CFC refrigerant as per current industry standard with 1(one) year over all machine warranty and 10(ten) year compressor warranty suitable for operation on 230 Volt +_ 10% 50Hz ,single phase Ac supply Frost free with all accessories. 184 Litre capacity.
