And conveying, laying, cutting(using cutters), jointing(push on joints / flanged joints), testing, commissioning the pumping main (pipes / valves / specials) according to the alignment including excavating trenches in all kinds of soil, dismantling and disposal of flexible pavments, unservicable materials (bituminous road, dressed stone work, marble work, concrete work etc), fencing, bailing out water using pumpset, open timbering including struting and steel sheet shoring ,demolision and disposal of RR masonry wherever necessary random rubble masonry (required), construction of anchor blocks (30 nos / required no.) all interconnection work with DI/HDPE using MS specials (flanged joints)as per departmental direction, costruction of valve chambers 15 nos) including earthwork escavation, RCC works, steel reinforcement using TMT bars, plastering etc complete,providing suitable protection tube wherever necessary as directed to the valves and necessary repair works wherever necessary as per direction from departmental officers,MS Fabrication works -600mm ,500mm& 400mm flanged MS bend -( required length/numbers) , MS pipes of size 600mm (ID) using 10mm thick MS plate and 16 mm thick MS plate for flanges, including welding, Grinding cut and weld edges and all other etc complete, as per the direction of Departmental officers in charge and scope of work.

River crossing using HDPE pipe - Supplying 630mm outer dia HDPE pipe PE 100, PN8 confirming to IS 4984/1995 - 30m near kalanji bridge, including pipe specials required for the completion of the work as per the direction of the departmental officers and scope of work. And conveying, laying, cutting, jointing, testing, commissioning the pumping main (pipes / valves / specials) according to the alignment including clearing of river banks, levelling the alignment, trenching in river bed in liquid mud and ordinary soil upto maximum depth of 4.0 m below water level using scientific methods and maintaing the depth till laying pipes, stacking the excavated soil at convenience space and refilling it, laying the pipe and jointed by but welding at 2000c using welding jack and mirror footing, to suit the hydrolic working pressure and after testing floting the water mixing the anchor weight at suitable intervels testing with potable water before refilling engaging divers for removing boulders / logs from river bed, jointing OD HDPE and D/F sluice valves using flanged joints to make water tight joints caipable of withstanding the required pressure, interconnecting with branch mains sounding at water body portion etc complete as per the direction of Departmental officers in charge and scope of work.

Road Restoration - Road restoration work after pipe line work from Km.1/200 to Km.13/000 (Chooloor to Ganeshamangalam) -11850m including earthwork escavation work, Granular Sub Base - 0.30m, Wet Mix Macadam - 0.30m, Prime coat with bitumen imulsion, OGPC work etc complete. The work includes earthwork escavation for road work in soil with hydraulic escator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity, cutting and loading to tippers, trimming bottom and side slope, construction of granular sub base by providing graded materials, mixing in a mechanical mix plat at OMC, carriage, spreading in uniform layers on prepared surface, compacting with vibratory power roller to achive the desired desity etc complete, providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carraige, laying, compacting of mixed materials etc complete, providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emmulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer etc complete, supplying and stacking 12mm hard blue granate broken stone in standard heaps, supplying and stacking 6mm hard blue granate broken stone in standard heaps, providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness with 0.27 cum of 12mm aggregate premixed with 12.96Kg of bitumen per 10sqm using penetration grade bitumen to required line, grade and level on a previously prepared base, after priming the existng surface with 5Kg of bitumen (VG 30) 10Sqm including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a 3 wheel static roller of 80 - 100 KN capacity, finished to required level and grades, followed by a seal coat of 0.09 cum of 6mm aggregates premixed with 8.64Kg of bitumen per 10sqm as per the PWD specifications and direction of Departmental officers in charge and scope of work.
