Earth work excavation for foundations, plinth beams, trenches, pipe lines, inspection chambers, etc. in all types of soils, mixture of gravel and disintegrated soft rock below ground level upto a depth of 2.0 meters including shoring, strutting, bailing and pumping of water, leveling and ramming the bottom of excavation, refilling with selected excavated materials in the sides of foundations in layers and consolidating and disposing the surplus earth at places as directed within a lead of 500 meters.

Providing and laying cement concrete of 1:3:6 using 20 mm maximum size aggregate including mixing,transporting, ramming, compaction, leveling, formwork ,curing, dewatering if required etc. complete as per specifications for leveling course in foundations for column footings, rafts, plinth beams, trenches, under floor etc. complete.

Providing and filling murram/selected yellow soil below plinth including spreading it in uniform layers of 150 mm thick and watering, ramming, consolidating etc. all complete as per specifications. Selected material (yellow soil or murram) from approved source shall be Excavated, Collected and Transported from land with any lead at contractor's cost etc. complete. Note : Cost includes payment for using land to land owner for making excavation and taking material.

Providing and casting in situ RCC of grade 1:1.5:3 using stone of maximum size 20 mm and below down graded agregates including scaffolding, mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidating, curing and finishing smooth all exposed faces for all in situ items as per drawings and specifications and pressure cement grouting in honeycomb portions if required. The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement but inclusive of formwork. NOTE : (i) Minimum consumption of cement shall not be less than 320 Kgs./Cu.m. (ii) Any upward variation in cement consumption to achieve 1:1.5:3 grade shall not be paid. (iii) At the time of Execution if the actual cement consumption is less than 320 Kg. suitable rebate per Kg. shall be applicable. (iv) Cube casting and testing for strength measurment shall be arranged by contractor and no extra cost will be paid for cube testing .

Providing, laying and placing in position steel reinforcement of all diameters of grade minimum Fe-500 / Fe-550 confirming to IS:1786 latest edition of TATA / VIZAG / RINL /SAIL brand in all RCC works including removing scales, cutting, bending, placing and binding in position with 18 gauge annealed binding wire and cover blocks of cement mortar 1:2 etc. complete at all levels as per specifications and direction of Engineer.

Providing and constructing brick masonry using well burnt table moulded clay bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in foundation, basement up to plinth and steps including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints etc complete.

Providing and constructing brick masonry using well burnt table moulded clay bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in Super structure above plinth at any height including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints etc complete.

Plastering the internal faces of wall of brick work/concrete at all elevation in cement mortar 1:5, 12 mm thick finished to have a smooth and even surface including scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary and as approved by Engineer.

Plastering the internal faces of ceiling of concrete roof/slab at all elevation in cement mortar 1:4, 10 mm thick finished to have a smooth and even surface including hacking, preparing surface, scaffolding, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary etc. all complete.

Providing 20 mm thick sand faced plaster laid in two coats consisting of top coat of 8 mm thick sand faced in cement mortar 1:3 over 12 mm thick base coat of cement mortar 1:4 for all the external faces including adding water proofing compound of Dr. FIXIT PIDILITE powder/ROFF/zycoprime plus at the rate specified by manufacturer, providing necessary grooves as per drawing and specifications, curing, scaffolding etc. complete.
