Procurement of 1600 Amp, 33 kv Motor Operated Isolator with Jaw/Fixed Contact with four pairs of copper contacts of thickness 4 mm, Isolator Blade/HDE copper Tube/Movinf contact best suitable for 1600 Amp, with 50MM OD × 38MM ID × 900 MM Length with current density in current carrying part copper < 2 Amp./Sq. mm, Support Insulator 2 × 24 KV as per IS 9921/IEC 62271-102 . Note- Without Structure For Above Isolators

Work of Augmentation of 33kV complete Isolator capacity from existing 800 Amp. with 1600 Amp. 33kV complete Isolators with frame but excluding the Isolator structure of various bays connected to 2 X 80MVA Transformers Bays as Transformer Bays, Transfer Bus Isolator and Section Bus Isolator by ensuring the proper safety and proper functioning and working of Isolator both on Motorised and Manual means with complete cost of all labour and T&P required to augment the capacity of Isolator. A.Dismantlling the existing 33kV, 800 Amp. complete Isolator frame with Copper Blades, Jaws etc. and then shifting the dismanteled Isolators to stores of 220kV Jhajhra, Dehradun. B.Fabrication work by welding, drilling, cutting etc to erect the augmented capacity Isolators at existing 33kV isolator structure. C. Work of Shifting 33kV, 1600 Amp. complete Isolator frame with Copper Blades, Jaws etc from stores of 220kV Jhajhra to Site as per instruction of site in-charge and then erecting the same complete structure frame at existing Isolator Structure. D.Work of de-mounting existing Motorised Isolator Box by opening all terminations and wiring and then mounting the new motorised Isolator Box by carrying out all necessary fabrication activities as welding, cutting, drilling etc. required for the proper mounting of Motorised Isolator Box including all wiring and termination required for the proper communication to CP & RP Panel.
