Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to flooring, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 under floor tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition brick work or stone/ boulder masonery built in cement mortar including all quoins , pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work using sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks PCC Type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete Type C1 (1:3:6) 20 mm graded in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, filling hollow of frame with plain cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC ( 1:4:8) D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in fdn.,filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in cement concrete in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement complete all as specified and directed. concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.&removing rubbish to a distance not exc 250m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick readymade plaster on inner/outer walls with Ultra Tech READIPLAST by adding 17-19% of potable water by weight of material. for thickness above 15mm, it is recommended to be applied in multiple layers. Ready mix plaster shall complies with IS 1661-1972, IS 2250-1965, IS 2402-1963 and confirms the Compressive strength @ 28 days- 10-12 Mpa/Bulk density-1500-1600 kg/cum. Note : The rate quoted by the contractor shall include cleaning of surface, application as per instruction and scaffolding upto 10 mtr height, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L preparation of old existing wall surfaces including cornices, plastered or un-plastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, moss efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of weather proof paint over including filling up of holes by wall care putty wherever required, all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L preparation of old existing floor interlocking/chequered tiles surfaces including cornices, plastered or un-plastered surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying two coat of terra coata, all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Dismantling laid dry or laid dry and pointed Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.
