   Eligibility Criteria : 1. Financial Data of last three previous financial years duly signed & stamped by Chartered Accountant with Membership Number clearly mentioned. 2. Liquidity Certificate from Bank (In case liquidity is negative in Financial Data, Bank liquidity certificate should Not more than 3 months old). 3. Credentials/Experience Certificates for satisfactorily completed similar work** in the last three previous financial years and the current financial year up to the date of opening of the tender, issued by employer/ client showing nature of work, cost/value of work, date of start, date of completion, final payment received and penalty imposed (if any) with overall performance. 4. Supporting Documents regarding partnership/lease/proprietorship of the Firm. 5. Income Tax return acknowledgement certificate submitted for last three previous financial years. 6. PAN/GST Registration. 7. The bidders shall submit an affidavit of RS. 100 on a stamp to the effect that all the documents submitted by the bidders along with bid are true. This shall be mandatory in all bids. This bid shall be summarily rejected if the bidder fails to submit this undertaking along with bid. (Annexure Attached)

   Performance Guarantee : Performance Guarantee (PG) a. PG of 5% of contract value must be submitted within 30 days of LOA. b. Delay after 30 days will attract 15% per year penalty on the PG amount. c. If PG is not submitted within 90 days, the contract will be terminated and actionas per GCC- Services will be taken. d. PG must be submitted as four equal FDRs in favour of: FA & CAO / Eastern Railway / Kolkata. EMD:- If the bidder does not submit MSME the bidder should be pay EMD @ 2% of advertise bid value.

   Penalty : Penalty for Delay in Attending Complaints •Maximum response time: 24 hours. •If the firm does not attend a complaint for more than 2 days, a penalty of Rs. 2,000 per day will be deducted. •Repeated failure may lead to termination of contract.
