Repair and Maintenance (overhauling) of Spillway Gantry Crane (85 /20 Ton), Penstock Gantry Crane (20Ton) and Draft Tube Gantry Crane (45Ton) as per BOQ, Technical Specifications and Scope of Work at Hydro-Mechanical Unit of Salal Power Station

Dismantling of triple stage helical gear box HC-900, Electromagnetic Brake, Thruster Brake, Brake Drums and Brake Drum Couplings/Flexible Couplings, including all accessories, fasteners etc. as per specifications/drawing in respect of Central Drive Unit (Gearbox) of Main Hoist of 85/20T Spillway Gantry Crane complete in all respect, proper tagging and stacking of dismantled items in store yard as suggested by EIC..

Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of triple stage helical gear box HC-900, centre transmission pinion shaft, Electromagnetic Brake, Thruster Brake, Brake shoes, 2 nos. Brake Drums and 2 nos. Brake Drum Couplings/ Flexible Couplings, Rotary Spindle Type Limit Switch including all accessories, fasteners (Nut, Bolt, Washer, Keys) etc. as per specifications as mentioned in drawings in respect of Central Drive Unit (Gear Box) of Main Hoist of 85/20T Spillway Gantry Crane complete in all respect including dismantling and re- erection of Canopy or other structural component to make the work feasible.

Major Overhauling of Cross Travel (CT) gear boxes of both sides (Guiding and Non Guiding) with replacement of 3 HP Squirrel case motor, Electromagnetic Brakes, Hydraulic Thruster Brakes, Brake shoes, brake drums & couplings, alignment, oil seal kits, o-rings, keys, fasteners and Rotary Spindle Type Limit Switch as per specifications as mentioned in drawings of Cross Travel (CT) of 85/20T Spillway Gantry Crane including dismantling of existing brake, proper tagging and stacking of dismantled items in store yard as suggested by EIC.

Major Overhauling of Long Travel (LT) Gear Boxes of Both sides (Guiding and Non Guiding) with both sides replacement of bearing, bushes, Electromagnetic Brakes, Hydraulic Thruster Brakes, Brake shoes, brake drums & couplings, alignment, oil seal kits, O-rings, Felt seal, grease nipple, Spring Washer, oil plug, keys, fasteners and Rotary Spindle Type Limit Switch as per specifications as mentioned in drawings of Long Travel (LT) of 85/20T Spillway Gantry Crane including dismantling of existing brake, proper tagging and stacking of dismantled items in store yard as suggested by EIC.

Major overhauling of 8 nos Long Travel (LT) Wheel Boggie & 4 Nos. Cross Travel (CT) Wheel Boggie including replacement of bearing, oil seal kits, O-rings, Felt seal, fasteners, grease nipple as per specifications as mentioned in drawings of Long Travel (LT) and Cross Travel (CT) of 85/20T Spillway Gantry Crane.

Replacement of 20HP Slipring Electric Motor, Electromagnetic Brake, Thruster Brake, Brake shoes, 2 nos. Brake Drums and 2 nos. Brake Drum Couplings/ Flexible Couplings, including all accessories, fasteners (Nut, Bolt, Washer, Keys) etc. as per specifications as mentioned in drawings in respect of Central Drive Unit (Gear Box) of Auxiliary Hoist of 85/20T Spillway Gantry Crane complete in all respect including dismantling of existing brake, proper tagging and stacking of dismantled items in store yard as suggested by EIC.

Complete replacement of Wire Rope diameter 24mm, Construction 6X36, length 500 meter of both Wire Rope Drum of Auxiliary Hoist (20T) of 85/20T Spillway Gantry Crane as per specifications complete in all respect including replacement of fasteners, alignment, providing and applying Cadmium Compound in whole length of Wire Rope and dismantling, proper tagging and stacking of dismantled items in store yard as suggested by EIC.

Complete overhauling of Protective Panel, Main Hoist Panel, Aux. Hoist Panel, Cross Travel Panel, Long Travel Panel, Operator cabin, Junction Box and Lighting D.B. etc. and Proper Functioning/speed alignment of cable reeling drum with Long Travel speed of crane complete in all respect in respect of 85/20T Spillway Gantry Crane and Supply of Electrical Spares parts as per list (Annexure-A).

Repair and maintenance of Operator Cabin of 85/20 Ton Spillway Gantry Crane by means of fitting of new wall mounting fan, operator chair, lighting, fitting or fixing new air tight window glass, rubber beading and window gasket as per existing dimensions/specifications including all necessary accessories and consumable.

Complete replacement of Electrical Power Cable 50 Sqmm 4 Core PVC Double Insulated Copper Cable, Length 150 meter for 85/20 Ton Spillway Gantry Crane as per specifications complete in all respect and dismantling, proper tagging and stacking of dismantled items in store yard as suggested by EIC.
