M & L for 25 mm average thick PCC 1:2:4, Type B-0, using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in levelling course over roof, surface finished even and fair to receive topping layer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 KG of cement per Sq.m area, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, priming the surface with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG per Sq.m, applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m on top for water proofing treatment complete including taking down existing Roof Treatment of any description including PCC padding of any description and removing rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 KM complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for Plain / Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of size 250 X 250 mm / 300 X 300 mm, 25mm thick, Hydraulically pressed as in Floors, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Glazed Polish finished coloured Chequered Cement Concrete Tiles of thickness 23 to 25mm, Designer, Premium Quality, made with M-25 Grade Precast Cement Concrete, Hydraulically pressed of size not less than 300 X 300 mm, of approved shape, colour and pattern, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying One coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Marble Stone Slabs of 16 to 18 mm thick of Green Colour as in Flooring, Treads, Landings of Staircase, Window Cills, Cooking Platform etc. with machine cut edges, Table rubbed and prepolished to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, slabs shall be of design / pattern as directed, including inlays, borders, margins, set and bedded with grey cement [slurry] and jointed and pointed flush using polymer based cementitious joint filler to match the shade of the Slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 and grinding & polishing after laying of slabs to mirror polish [Tin Oxide Polish] complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Single stone slab shall be used for entire width of Cills & Landing, Cooking Platform etc. and joints shall match with the flooring. The edges of Window Cills, Treads, Cooking Platform shall be bull nosed / half rounded. The edges of the treads and landings shall also be provided with three Nos of grooves.

Demolition of Stone Slab laid, bedded and pointed in Cement Mortar of thickness not exceeding 25 mm and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris to a distance not exceeding 15 KM complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring using 20 to 25mm thick slabs, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado etc. using 20 to 25mm thick slabs laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs over backing coat of 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Stainless Steel Railing made with Stainless Steel Pipes of wall thickness not less than 1.6mm, of Grade AISI 304, standard quality, bright polish finish, using 50mm dia pipes for hand rail, 25mm dia pipes for vertical supports / balusters and 25mm dia pipes as in tie bars in three layers, SS tubes shall be welded at the turnings and junctions, welded portions shall be completely grinded and brought to bright and smooth finish including all bends, elbows, making holes in the floor / steps, grouting with epoxy to achieve full strength of railing complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines of size 150mm bore and removing the blockages by rodding using split bamboo or by mechanical means or by any other means, between the manholes, Nahani traps to gully traps, gully traps to manholes including vertical stack pipes (where ordered) and taking out all debris, sludge or any solid/ foreign materials from sewage line and flushing with water and testing after cleaning for free flow of sewage complete including removing the debris to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km but not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.
