M&L for Cleaning of Mild steel tank ( Stage II Pump House) of capacity 10000 gallons staged on more than 10 metre height staging after draining out the water from the tank including complete removal of silt, sludge, fungus, dirt deposited on the internal surfaces of tank by scrapping with wire brush and removing vegetation if any,incl removal of debris/sludge to a distance exc 250 mtrs but n.exc 500 mtrs, washing internal surfaces including ceiling with clean water mixed with bleaching powder twice in inner surface,day after applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (colour will be decided by Engr-in-Charge) over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer of inner and oute side of the Mild steel OHT tank after complete removal of existing paint , corrosion etc including removing of existing unserviceable corroded steel angle section by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete inner and out side of the MS angle section etc including writing, cleaning date/due date for cleaning with white enamel paint on black colour surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:- The replaced steel member will be measured and paid for separately in respective items.

M&L for Cleaning of RCC over head reservoir (Near Stage III filteration plant) of capacity 100000 gallonsand 6 mtr depth staged on more than 18 metre height staging after draining out the water from the tank including complete removal of silt, sludge, fungus, dirt deposited on the internal surfaces of tank by scrapping with wire brush and removing vegetation if any,incl removal of debris/sludge to a distance exc 250 mtrs but n.exc 500 mtrs, washing internal surfaces including ceiling with clean water mixed with bleaching powder twice in inner surface, and applying two coats of cement base paint to internal surface including ceilings & wall complete etc including writing, cleaning date/due date for cleaning with white enamel paint on black colour surface including applying one coat of exterior emulsion weather proof paint over a coat of primer for complete outside of the over head tank and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black) over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including removing of existing unserviceable corroded stairs for complete steps ( MS angle section) incl S& F in replacement of Aviation obstruction light complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge..Note:- The replaced steel member will be measured and paid for separately in respective items.

Dismantling and Taking out existing unserviceable MS Header and M & L for MS header of size 250 mm dia made out of MS pipe 250 mm dia heavy duty having a length of 8 to 9 mtr with 4 Nos flanged tee of size 250x250x150mm, including necessary welding work for fixing of existing water supply main line of size 150 mm dia, 3 Nos and 2 Nos 150 mm dia distribution lines on either side of the MS header using suitable size MS reducer including making good on disturbed surfaces by applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excatation in river bed/bank or side of river to digging of boulder stone, earth with the help of earth moving maching like JCB for making a un lined channel having length exc 400 mtrs but not more than 500 meter, width equal to 2.0 mtr approx and depth should be 2.30 mtr including arranging stones/boulders in bunds fashions etc The slope of this channel should be from upstream river to towards MES pump house stage I at Markanda at times ,So that surface river water shall colected in RCC chamber, the work should be executed as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge as and when required and should completed with in stipuated time limit (Not more than 12 hrs) in all respect. NOTE : The quoted rates are including of men, material, machinery and CP any other expenditure occured by contractor.

Cleaning under ground sewage line 100mm dia full of waste solids/liquid mud or sludge deposited in these lines by rodding manually or through mechanical means between manholes and removing sludge (obtained from cleaning of sewage line) to a distance exc 100M but n.exc 150M from the site and disposed off as per the directions of Enginer-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No 129 above but 150mm dia of pipe.

Cleaning of RCC hume pipe in culvert of 450mm dia by rodding manually or mechanical means including disposal of waste materials to a distance not exc 50M, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No 131 above but dia of pipe exc 450mm but n.exc 600mm.

Cleaning of open drain of any section / size and removal of waste material (obtained from the drain) to a distance exc 100M but n.exc 150M and spreading the balance near by low laying area, complete all as specified.

S&F chromium plated perforated grating 100/150mm dia over Floor/Nahani trap with or without hole for waste pipe fixed with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of floor fixed in repair, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F cast iron grating 150 x 150mm over gully trap fixed in repair, all as specified.

Dewatering/Desludging of manholes (any size), desilting and removing sludge from manholes as in foul conditions and removing of sludge up to distance exc 150M and n.exc 200M and deposited in borrow pits including excavation of borrow pits and covered with 10cm thick layers of soil and disposed off surplus soil, refixing manhole cover extra etc, upto 1.5M depth of manhole, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No 136 above but exc 1.5M depth.

Dewatering / Desludging of liquid / mud / solids (work in foul conditions) from septic tank of any depth and removing sludge out of MOD land to a distance exc 1 Km but not exc 2 Km and deposited in borrow pits including excavation for borrow pits and covered with 10cm thick layer of soil over sludge and spreading the balance near by in low lying area including taking up and refixing of manhole covers of septic tank of 25 users complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of under ground sewage line by excavation and breaking the existing sewage line (minimum two pipe length), removing the blockage, rejoining with new pipe length complete including material and labour, necessary excavation, returning filing, supply of new SGSW pipe grade ‘A’ of required lengths & required bore, haunching the new pipe length with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded single aggregate) all as directed in situations where cleaning is not possible by rodding, at any depth for 100mm dia pipe,, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 143 above but 150 mm bore pipe.

Cleaning / blockage of 'S' trap/'P' trap/floor trap/Gully trap,nahani trap,pipe line & manholes in running/flowing order without disturbance by removal of blockage of any type manually/mechanically or by any means and making fully functional at any location and at any floor in the area covered by Mil Stn Nahan complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in -Charge :- (Note : the quantity of unclogging chemical required will be measured and paid for seperately) qty about 40-100 litre.

Cleaning and desludging of existing septic tanks and soakage well of various capacities at diff location using suction pumps by mechanical means including removing sludge to outside MOD land and depositing where directed.
