1. The above rates shall remain firm and fixed throughout the contract

period including the extended period of one year, if the validity of the

Contract is extended by the Company. However, in case of rise in the

rates of Minimum Wages, such rise will be reimbursed @ 85% of the

GNFC/TAO/HORTICULTURE/ARC/2026

percentage of rise in the rates of minimum wages from time to time only

for labour component of the contract.

2. As regards Item No.9, the payment will be made as per prevailing Minimum

wage rate of relevant category /4 + 5 % amount per Hour.
