Charges of Erection & Grouting of Stay set including digging of pit size 0.6X0.6X0.3 Mtr with stay rod 16x1800 mm, stay wire 7/8 swg with proper nozzeling with back filling of pit with CC 1:4:8 in bottom of pit in size 0.60 as per RESSPO manual & direction of Engineer in Charge.

Charges of Painting of poles with angle and channel & all steel part by one coat of red oxide primer & two coat of Alu. Paint & two strip of fluoresent alternate red & whit paint 30 cm wide upto 1.5 mtr from ground level.

Shifting charges of Existing 11/0.4 kv 25 KVA Transformers with LT cable to new D/P plinth with help of hydra, chain pulley, Crain & labour etc, Fabrication of complete D/P with complete fitting of all accessories, earthing including L.A as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Including reparing cost of digging location/ road as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Fixing of proper cable jointing termination kit with crimping of lugs & proper insulation. With all T&P (by jointig kit manufacturer ) as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Fixing of GI Pipe complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Fixing & Installation of marking RCC Piller above cable trench show the route of underground 11 KV cable & danger symbol including cost of material as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Providing & fixing danger board under plate complete by providing clamp of MS flat 50x6 mm with Nut & bolt, danger board of MS sheet 2 mm thick as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Removing & reconnection of Single Phase LT Consumer Service Connection & removed old cable by armoud cable as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Charges of Chemical Earthing: Earthing of 11 kv cable termination & distribution transformer including digging of pit of size 2.5 Mtr depth and make hole of size 150mm. Placing of earthing electrode (to be supplied by contractor as per drawing No.A) as drawing B, connecting the same with G.I.Strip (to be supplied by contractor ) of size 35x6mm as per drawing C for aminimum lenght 6m .treatment of soil with highly condctive substance asper IS30343 complete in all respect, result of earthing resistance to be recroded .before and after installation of earthing. The earth resistance after earthing should be less than 1 Ohm.
