M&L for excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and dirtected by Engr-in-Charge .

Exavation over areas in hard dense soil,not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out complete all as specified & directed .

Removing excavated material(Soil) exc 50m and n exc 100m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as spd and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as spd and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular pipes (medium weight) including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes complete all as spd and as directed.

S&F flat iron, purlin, trussed , rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as spd and as directed by Engnr-in-charge.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) square cut or notched forming holes, without any attachment complete all as spd and as directed by Engnr-in-charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron work over 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide Zink chrome primer complete all as spd and as directed.

M & L for pre-cast cement concrete block ( Type C-1 1:3:6 , 20 mm graded agg) masonry with solid blocks exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 12 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cm 1:6 to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces in cm (1:4) rendering to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including cornices, pillasters etc, and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over and including one coat of chalk whiting preparatory to distempering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thickness PCC type E-2, 1:5:10 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour point wiring for explosion proof Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated FRLS multi stranded copper conductor cable in and including ERW rigid steel conduit ISI marked concealed type with all flame proof conduit fittings and accessories fixed on walls/ ceiling with proper fixing arrangements including one No continuous run of 1.50 sqmm PVC insulated FRLS solid copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor fixed to earth terminal and metallic body of light fittings/fan and socket etc complete all as suitable for class I Zone IE Ex II C for one light point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for explosion proof rotary switch single pole on and off with cable termination box of 16 Amps rating 250 Volts Class E EX II C suitable for class I, Zone1 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 04 Light shall be controlled by one switch only.

Supply and fix Flame proof weather proof LED Tube light fixture 2 x 20 Watt x 4' complete all as specified and directed.

Suppy and fixing junction box 4 way dia 100x65 H in ai in alloy LM 6 construction having suitable cable entries but without cable gland light gray epoxy powder coated shade 631 as per IS-5 with SS hardware 01 No internal & 2 Nos external earthing certified by CMRI hazardous area laden with gased vapours of group ll (A) & (B) as per IS 2148/1984 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F flameproof with explosion protection sheet metal enclosures distribution board single pole and natural 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar 240 V, metallic double door IP-42 protection complete including 01 No MCB SPN, 240 V, 20 Amp 10 KA ,02 Nos MCB SP, 240 V, 6-32 Amp 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 metre below normal ground level connected with galvanised iron earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel complete with 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe from top edge of earth plate upto distribution board ( Appx. 3 metre long), 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt etc, PCC 1:2:4 in pit with pre-cast RCC M-15 cover slab reinforced with XPM not less than 4 Kg per Sqm, test point, angle iron frame of angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm etc, all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal to a distance not exceed 50m, testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting it out for laying of cable / pole etc in hard/dense soil

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering, and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil all as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level exc. 1.5 cm above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to UG cable laid in trenches all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other all as specified and directed at site.

Material and labour for GI tubing light grade 40mm bore with fittings laid for protection of cable under road crossing fixed to walls or pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 0.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Sec-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
