Total shell length : 7990 mm Diameter :1224 mm Shell Plate thickness :12 mm No.of shell assemblies : 1 No. Stress relieving cycle for shell assembly Loading Temperature - 300°C Heating Rate - 150°C/hr (Max) Holding Temperature - 620°C ±25°C Holding Time – 60 minutes (Min) Cooling Rate - 150°C/hr (Max) upto 300°C and thereafter cool in still air. Entire works shall be done as per special conditions of contract and as per instructions of engineer-in-charge.
