Safe earthing electrode consisting pipe-in-pipe technology: - 2 Metre G.I. pipe, outer dia 50 mm : - Supply and erection of approved make safe earthing electrode consisting pipe-inpipe technology as per IS 3043-1987 made of corrosion free G.I. pipes with constant ohmic value surrounded by highly conductive compound with high charge dissipation suitable for effective and maintenance free earthing in earth pit of minimum bore dia. 150mm size, as mentioned below : - With 2 metre G.I. pipes having outer pipe dia of 50mm having 80-200 micron galvanizing, Inner pipe dia. of 25mm having 200-250 micron galvanizing, connection terminal dia. of 12mm in nominal soil with 25 kg (one Bag) back filling bentonite compound UL listed and confirm to relevant International/Indian standards around electrode upto ground level.

PVC insulated cu. cable earth continuity conductor - Supply and drawing PVC insulated copper cable (earth continuity conductor) of green colour FRLS with copper multi strand conductor ISI mark in existing conduit along with other wires as required as per specification : 10 sq. mm.

Supply, fabrication and erection of angle/channel/flat iron fitting for overhead line & sub-station etc such as 'D' bracket, cross arms, top clamp, 'V' cross arms, back/support clamp or other similar work etc. including nut bolts of required size, making holes, fabrication, welding, cutting, etc. and painting with one coat of red oxide paint & two coat of aluminium paint as required as per specification. Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement ,trenching ,refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. a) 15 mm nominal outer dia Pipes

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, ISI : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: two or more coats on new work Details of work:- a) Rail pole painting 20 Nos x 5 mtr = 100 Mtr Rail Pole painting 10 Nos x 9 mtr = 90 Mtr Total painting area of rail pole = 190 mtr x 0.42 M2 / Mtr = 79.80 M2 b) Tubler pole painting 10 Nos of 9 mtr long Total painting area of tubler pole = 10 Nos x 6.95 M2/ Pole = 69.50 M2 c) Tower Painting of 100 Mtr long 75 x 75 x 6 mm MS angle = 100 x 0.29 M2/ Mtr angle = 29 M2 Total painting area (a+b+c)= 178.30 + add 5% extra for hight work = 8.92 Now the total painting area = 187.22 M2
