PART (A) - CIVIL WORKS:- Source Work

Excavation

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Excavation in soil mixed with single bouldres etc. requireing the use of specials T&P, if any, for pipe line trenches including lift up to 1.5M and lead up to 30M with back filling, watering, ramming of excavated earth in the trenches.

Excavation in decomposed, weathered or soft rock by using special T&P in pipe line trenches lead up to 30M and lift up to 1.5M required for proper completion of work.

Excavation in Medium Rock by chiseling or by using special T&P in pipe line trenches lead up to 30 M and lift up to 1.5 M required for proper completion of work.

RISING MAIN

Providing of all materials, Carting from site store to site of work, Lowering into trenches with true to alignment, Laying of MS ERW Pipes grade Yst 210, Jointing by electric welding process with proper grade of eletrodes suitable for jointing of water supply pipe lines (Ador, L&T or equivalent electrodes) by cutting of pipes and making required bends by welding, completion of work with testing of pipe line etc complete.

Construction of Boundary Wall made up of Brick masonry 1.5 m height in Ist Class Brick Masonary with 1:6 cement sand mortar as per approved design & drawing at T/W-I,II,III,Staff Quarter and Top CWR'S campus including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. complete with cartage of materials as per satisfaction & approval of Engineer in Charge

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning Of Following Pumping Plant with Acessories (at Stage 1)

Electric driven horizontal centrifugal clear water pump capable of delivering 1400 Lpmdischarge against a total head of 230 mtrcomplete with coupling, coupling guards & MS fabricated heavy duty base plate for mounting above pump and motor.

110 kw Electric motor squirrel cage/TEFC type/2900 rpm suitable to operate on 415+/- 10% volts, 3 phases 50 C\s AC supply

110 kw Air Cooled fully automatic star delta starter suitable to control above motor with over load and under voltage protections
