Cutting in earthwork in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner including arrangement of dumping site, trimming, filling of unevenness, blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases with in all leads and lift and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, disposal of all excavated earth up to all leads and lifts. Disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in foundation, trenches, etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification, of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work saturated soils including chiseling or any other mixed variety of soils, dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lift up to any height stacking excavated soil up to all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetre) thick layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etcetera in earth work in all kinds of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, saturated soil including chiselling or any other mixed variety of soil dewatering and / or removal of slush and other incidentals, lifts upto any height, stacking the excavated soil upto all leads and lifts clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimeter thick layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth to the disposal point within all leads, lifts and carriage of material complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in plinth with sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including with in all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimetre) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies for all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling upto all height and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in :

Foundation, footings, bases of columns etcetera and mass concrete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D. specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-In-Charge prior to the casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code up to floor all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. In walls any thickness but not less than 0.10mtrs. (zero point one zero metre) thickness including attached pilasters, buttresses plinth and string courses upto any depth /any height.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete design mix M-20 (Twenty) grade mechanically mixed and vibrated and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work. The mix shall be designed as per requirement of I.S. code and P.W.D. specification. The design mix will be got approved from the Engineer-In-Charge prior to the casting. The theoritical consumption of cement for the item shall be worked out as per approved design mix as per I.S. code up to floor all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
