Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:-In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Grading roof for water proofing treatment complete as required as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge with : Cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing and laying 1st class quality vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622- 2017, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.. Double charged Stainfree vitrified tiles (Glossy) 10.42.2.1 Size of tile 600 mm x 600 mm

12.5 mm thick fully Perforated Gypsum Board tile madefrom plasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS:2095 part I, of size 595x595 mm, having perforation of9.7x9.7 mm at 19.4 mm c/c with center borders of 48 mmand the side borders of 30 mm, backed with non woventissue on the back side, having an NRC ( NoiseReductionCoefficient) of 0.79, with 50 mm resin bonded glass woolbacking.

ProvidingandfixingM.S.grillsof Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugsscrews etc.requiredpatterninframes of windows etc. withM.S. flats, square orround bars etc. all complete.

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 75gm/m2

Demolishing lime concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 m lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement: 4 fine sand : 8 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size) cum

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :of area 3 sqm and below.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gussetplates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2fina Sand:4graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement Slurry, rounding of Edges and strips and cost of glass strips etc. Complete.40 mm thick

Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for replastering or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- incharge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix:Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: 12.60.1 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint (primer) of approved brand and manufacture

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
