M & L for XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bedded, galvanise steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts (Earthed) grade cross sectional area 120 Sq mm 3 core in trenches/fixed on wall with supporting insulator/saddles etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor, 1100 Volts grade, in trenches/fixed on wall with supporting insulators/saddles etc for following size complete.

Supply and lay in trenches/fixed on wall GI tubing light grade with necessary fittings such as bend, tee,elbow etc complete for the following sizes for protection of LT UG cable.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and 1.5 mtr width as in Hard dense soil soil complete all as specified.Note: NO JCB Excavation is permitted for earth work.

Returning filling incl leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified

Removal of surface soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete

S & L for raddle mud for cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable complete ( Note: Punned thickness shall be taken for measurement)

M & L for laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type -1 with peack size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for laying Bricks, common burnt clay building sub-class 'B' old size bricks for protection of cable in trenches complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for road cutting /removing the hard Standing/Cutting floor inside the Substaion /E/M Installtions / Path for laying of cablesof any size complete all as specified.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 40 mm graded aggregate Complete for making good to the excvated portion of Road/Hard Standing at road crossing etc , complete.

Supply and fix water proof junction box made from SMC sheet ready made of size 350 X 270 X 200 mm with aluminium bus bar of 150 Amp capacity for RYB and neutral fixed inside the junction box with necessary supporting insulators fixed on hylem sheet /Insulating sheet ,MS sheet steel fixed inside the bottom portion of box to connect the cable gland complete , entire assembly fixed to pole /Wall with MS clamp 25 X 5 mm and nuts & bolts,and connecting cables from junction box to fittings complete complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F MCCB DB ,8 way ,IP 43 protection ,double door fixed concealed on wall and making good to disturbed surface so as to match with existing including provision of MCCB 4 pole 125 Amp as incomming and MCB TP/ SP as out going complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in - Charge Make: Make : Indo Asian Cat part No:811890 /Legrand /L & T /Standard/Havell's

Supply and fix MCB DB TPN 4 way IP 43 protection ,double door , concealed on wall and making good to disturbed surface so as to match with existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge. Make : Indo Asian/Legrand /L & T / Standard/ Havell's.

Supply and fix MCB DB SPN double door 12 way , IP 43 protection concealed on wall and making good to disturbed surface so as to match with existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in -Charge Make: Make : Indo Asian /Legrand /L & T /Standard/Havell's

Supply and fix in replacement MCB 240 V 50 Hz AC 10 KA , of follwing rating with necessary lugs for incomming and outgong connections fixed on DB / Enclosure /Panel Boards after taking down the existing MCB of any make/ rating : Make : Indo Asian/ Legrand / L & T /Standard/Havell's
