Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering

S&F 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L or J hook and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F 0.63 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and any places complete all as directed

M&L roof trusses (framed/ un framed) for purline, rafter, crane gantries, door frame, rails and fastening and heavy bracket etc ( Beam, tee,angle iron or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc complete all as specified and directed confirming to Fe-410W(Gde-E-250) quality A

Dismantling ceiling board, any description and any position, fixed with nails, screws etc complete

S & F 6 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed as in ceiling with & including aluminium snap grid frame work, comprising of main aluminium of size (23.5x36.5x1.8mm) and secondary type of size 23.5x23.80x1.28mm alongwith span with the help of aluminium angle of size 23.5x36.5x1.6mm fixed to wall for false ceiling including necessary supporting hanger with 4.0mm dia GI wire (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40X3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specifed and directed.

M &L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete surfaces using water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately as specified only.

Supply only Integral Water proofing compound as specified.

S&F in repairs,20mm bore ball valves with high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight - 210 gm)

Supply and fixed in repairs Towel rail, 600mm long chromium plated fixed with and including chromium plated brass screws with wooden plugs complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs, sheet glass shelf glass assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass shelf 12cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60cm long fixed with chromium plated brass screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, brass chromium plated shower rose 125mm size with or with out swivel joints, any size including fixing to steel pipe or union complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic floor tiles of size of tile exc. 0.11 but n.exc.0.18 sqm each 7 mm thick as in floor laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7 mm or 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick with matching highlighter laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones

S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and including beading, screws, nails etc or glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.5sqm in each pane.

S&F in repairs stainless steel cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40 mm dia and fixed with tinned tacks of galvanized wire staples in steel / wooden window all as specified.

Taking down chowkhat or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each and removing from the site including making good the disturbed surfaces of wall etc to match with existing adjoining surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

S & F steel window with side hung shutters incl projecting type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bar dovetailed or welded.

All as per item No 26 above but without glazing bars.

S&F steel ventilator top hung sutter with box type hinges ,bottom panel fied incl peg stay lugs handle and glazing bar complete incl one shop coat of red oxide primer.

Taking down chowkhat or frame area exc 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 Sqm each with shutters ( with out taking of shutters from the frame) removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood plain solid straight chowkhat or frame, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, put together with glue and pinned at joint complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 30mm thick flush shutters, factory made, solid core construction with particle board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick glazed and skelton shutter open rebated factory made and prepared to receive glass / gauge etc, (with out sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded and fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing gauge, size of members as per SSR Part - I section clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and as directed Note: Wire mesh in panels shall be measured separately.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm fixed with tinned tacks/ wire staple / fitted with beads. complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Solid PVC door frames of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube supplying & fixing in opening as per specification and drawing

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing.

S & F 300mm long aluminium alloy anodised sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing with complete accessories all as specified and directed.

S&F M S butt hinges medium weight 100 mm size fixed with MS screws.

S&F in repairs, 300 mm MS ordinary rat tail rod pattern spring including roller and roller plate complete fixed on wooden frame or on wall with wooden plugs and set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 125 mm long extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type anodised complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs, Floor door stopper 150mm long of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodised, with hard drawn steel spring, fixed in floor complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts extruded section and fixed 150 mm.

Taking up or down old rusted steel tubing 15 mm bore with all fittings, concealed type including connection from wall/floor ceiling and separating serviceable pipes and setting aside for reuse all complete as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.42 above but 20 mm bore

S & F galvanised iron tubing 15mm bore (ISI marked) medium grade including all necessary fittings and fixed to wall / ceiling or laid in floor jointed with tuflon tape all as specified.

All as per item No.44 above but 20 mm bore

Demolition and removal of existing Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of cement concrete, including flashings and junction of parapets, etc and removing debris/rubbish materials out side MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment to roof slabs by applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2kg/sqm including cleaning surface and APP based polymetric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg / sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gm / sqm land on primed surface by forced application completed all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
