Providing and fixing 50mm dia gun metal gate valve with CI wheel of approved quality (screwed end) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Submersible pump to IS9034-1976 alongwith directly couled submersible type squirrel cage electric induction motor suitable for operation on 415 volt 3 phase 50 CPD AC supply, water lubricated bearing and provided with pivoted segment type thrust bearings to with stand non vertical lead with minimum wear and tear and dully fitted with device to take upto the expansion of water with hearing of motor complete in all respect including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts (KSB / Kisloskar / Crompton) make Discharge 2.5 LPS head minimum 90 to 100 mtr. Complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. a). 7.5 HP

Providing and fixing 7.5 HP submersible Pump DOL starter in sheet enclosure type MU-G(Motor rating AC-3 Duty, 415 V, 50Hz, Three phase) alongwith 63 Amp TPN in sheet steel enclosure to fix in floor mounting panel box including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge (L&T/ KSB/ Havell’s Make).

Providing and fixing 18 gauge MS sheet steel fabricated floor mounted closed almirah type enclosure panel with 32mm into 32mm & 5mm thick angle iron post of suitable height 6’-3” grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of pit 30x30x30mm having a size of box 1250mm into 963mm & 250mm deep duly painted comprising to protect the starter, TPN & tool including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing flat submersible cable three core 4 sq mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed 1100 volt confirming to IS:694 in lowering/ surface including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in- charge (Standard/ KSB/ Havell’s Make).

Providing and welding MS Flanges as per table 17 confirming to BIS 6392-1971 or latest with up to date amendments and welding of flanges with as per IS 816-1965 with a electrode as per IS 814-1967 including required Nos. and size of MS nuts and bolts as per IS 1369-1967 and compressed asbestos fiber jointless gaskets sheet of required size as per IS 2712-1965. The welding of flanges to be done in three layers (two outside+ one inside) to make the joints leak proof and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) 50mm dia

Providing and fixing 4.5 Metre long and 40mm dia GI pipe earthing including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe along with charcoal or coke, salt and length 6 SWG GI wire as per requirement of site etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
