Disconnection of existing pipe connections and electrical connections, de-watering and lifting up the Non cloging type submersible pumps 7.5HP/5.5KW from sump of 2/3 mtr deep carefully and transporting to workshop for repair and bringing back at site after repair and lowering the same including making the water and electric connection including commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Repair of submursible pump and pump motor shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Transportation of pump set from site to workshop and bringing back at site inclusive in quoted rate.

Dis-assembling of electric motor of 7.5HP/5.5KW of Non cloging submersible pump set, cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of existing size/gauge and weight application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete for the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed.

Dis-assembling of Non-clogging submersible pump of discharge capacity 750 LPM, , for repair by replacing of company recommended parts of Mechanical seal - 2 Nos, Lower Bearing - 1 No, O Ring - 1 No, Spiral plate - 1 No, Compay recommended Lubriucating oil - 7 Ltrs, Moisture sensor including bolts, nuts and washers, re-assembling the same and commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No 2 & 3: Non-clogging submersible pump set shall be assembled and testing complete after the repair/replacement of spare parts.

M&L for repairing of crack in 100 mm bore DI / CI/GI water pipe line by providing mild steel two piece half round clamp fabricated with 60 mm wide & 5 mm thick mild steel flat bend to shape welding 25 mm size socket, including nut bolt, rubber packing, drilling hole in existing pipe line & painting of clamp with anti corrosive paint complete all as specified and directed.

Deployment an electrician with tools and testing of motor for any defects/ faults occuring day to day in motor starter panel and check and repair the panel whenever required (round the clock) at different places of pump houses in technical and domestic area as per directed by Engineer-in-charge. Deployment Plumber with tools and ladder for attending "NO Water Supply" Complaints at AF-1 & AF-2 Area and clear minor defects/blockaged pipe line at top of the accomodation water storage tanks, wall / under ground all as directed. Note: Quoted rates shall be inclusive of minor repair items including material like elbow, tee, nipples, union etc as per site requirement.

M&L for cleaning of pump houses, surrounding area by surface excavation upto 10 cm depth incl removing shrubs, grass, miniplants and other unwanted materials and levelling complete in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm thick with soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.
