The bidder shall submit documents i) company registration ii) GST Number iii) PAN Number iv) MSME registration v) Proof for 10 years of experience in consultancy as described above

RequiredConsultant should have completed minimum 3 consultancies in a similar field with similar scope of accreditation (i.e) Food Testing. The bidder shall submit relevant documents

RequiredConsultant must have completed consultancy for any Two Government Organizations in accordance with the requirement of ISO/IEC 17025 2017. Bidder shall submit documentary evidence of experience in Govt. Organization consultancy as described above.

RequiredThe bidder is required to submit a copy of firm order/s and work completion certificate in support of previous experience. The offers submitted by the bidders without these documents will be summarily rejected.

RequiredThe bidder shall have at least one qualified lead auditor based on ISO/IEC 17025 and submit relevant documents

RequiredThe bidder origination shall follow NABL consultant services based on ISO 9001 (QMS principles). Relevant Documents to be submitted

RequiredThe bidder should have minimum average turnover of 1 Cr for last 3 financial years. (B3-A FINANCIAL CAPACITY OF THE DISTRIBUTOR)
