Supply of 7.5 HP Submersible Pump Set fitted with dynamically balanced impeller mounted on stainless steel shaft with protection sleeve having stage bowls of closed grained bronze impeller complete in C.I Body. The pump will be directly coupled to required wet type induction motor of speed 2900 RPM suitable for operation on 3-ɸ, 415V, 50Hz, AC supply,Discharge: 200 LPM, Head: 90 mtr, Stage - 10. Make of Pump: BS/KSB/SU/As approved by DJB
Supply-Of M.S. Clamp of 600 mm Length, duly fabricated out-of 12.5 mm thick, 50 mm wide M.S.Plate for holding the Pipe of 50 mm dia.
Supply-Of G.I. Pipe 50mm dia, Medium-class, each of 3 Meters Long, duly threaded on both-ends, welded & fitted with G.I./ M.S. Flange of minimum thickness 6 mm on both ends with a Slot for Submersible-Cable. Welding of M.S Strips at both ends on flange.Make of Pipe: Jindal / TATA.
Supply of three core flat cable with bare bunched copper conductor insulated & sheathed with PVC for submersible pump motor with voltage grade upto 1100V of 6.0 sq mm. size in 100mtr. Roll. Make: Havells/Grandley
Supply-Of Tail-piece of Medium-Class G.I.-Pipe 500 mm Long with one-end threaded, as per out-let of Pump and another-end flanged, as per size of G.I. Pipe 50 mm dia. Make of Pipe: Jindal / TATA.
Supply-Of G.I. Bend 90⁰ x 50 mm dia, having Flange at both-ends One side M .S. Flange and other side G.I flange.
Supply-Of Nut-Bolts, ½” dia of different size i.e. 1.5” & 2.5” Long, threaded of good quality.
Supply-Of Rubber-packing for 50mm dia Flange.
Supply-Of Bore-Cover Plate of Size: 300 mm dia, made out from 6 mm thick M.S.-Sheet in 2-Halves and a Circular-Hole of 80 mm dia in center with Locking arrangement by Nuts & Bolts.
Supply-Of Orifice-Assembly 50mm dia, 0.6 Meter Long, Double-Flange. One side M .S. Flange and other side G.I flange.
Installation of submersible pump and all allied electrical & mechanical accessories by lowering of submersible pump-set adjoining with pipes by tightening of nut-bolts on flanges welded on GI pipes. Laying of delivery system with sluice valve and NRV. Lowering of pump-set and pipes will be carried out with help of heavy labour, chain pulley hanged on either with tripod or Hydra.
