Demolition above G.L. up to floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable meterials with in 20mtrs lead. In cement mortar. un-reinforced cement concrete upto 15cm thickness.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soil lifts upto 1.50 mtrs. Stacking the excavated soil not mkore than 3mtrs. Clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled neatly dressed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agregate 40mm nominal size) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15mm thick weled with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including levelling centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. With wooden battens and ballies, hight of propping and cenring below supporting floor two ceiling and removal of the same for instu- reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- (a) Beams, cantilevers, girders & lintels, sides & soffits or beams, beam haunchings, cantilvers bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1mtrs in depth.

Construction of toe walls for protection of slopes as per drawing & techinical specifications Clause-1302.5 Nominal Mix 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size ) i/c shuttering

Providing and laying cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size) and curring complete excludin.

P/F Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, i/c cutting, hosting, fixing in position and appling a priming coat of red lead paint:- (a) In gratings framed guard bars ladders railing brackets and similar works

Excavation in dumped stone or mulba i/c stacking of serviceable and un-serviceable material seprately and disposal of un-seviceable materail lead upto 20mtr. Disposed material to be neatly dressed

Cleaning jungle i/c uprooting of rank vegetation grass brush wood trees and sapling girth to 30cm measured at height of 1.00 mtr

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6(1cement:3sand:6graded stone agregate 20mm nominal size ) and curring complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Sand filling under floors.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M- 30 grade i/c border or kurb block gray or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement:4sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curring rubbing & polishing complete (sub base concrete floor to be paid for separately) 80mm thick inter locking blocks.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.23,fixed over aluminium sheeting ,2mm thick with area not exceeding 0.9 sqm. Supported on 2 inch dia GI pipe frimly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade concrete 450X450X600mm below G.L. as per approved drawings and technical specification clause-1701

Painting two coat i/c prime coat with epoxy paint of approved brand on concrete/steel surfaces after through cleaning of surface to give an even shade as per drawing and technical specification clause-1701

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Supplying and installation of delineators (road way indicators, hazard markers, object markers), 80-100 cm high above ground level, painted black and white in 15 cm wide strips, fitted with 80 x 100 mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorised panels at the top, buried or pressed into the ground and conforming toIRC-79 and the drawings.
