OD17869/2024-2025:Hire and labour up to a period of 10 days for putting up a pandal about 9m high with teak wood corner posts ,trusses 4.5m centre arecanut ties, brassumers and ridge piece , bamboo hip rafters at 0.60m centers longitudinal runners at 1.50m centre with 3.00m wide lean to roof on all sides with arecanut corner post top and bottom brassumers bamboo rafters and intermediate post at 2.40m centers single runners at the middle of the leanto around including tying the members with coir yarn firmly and thatching with double new cadjans or other roofing materials including labour for dismantling and removing the material from the site after ashtami festival as per the directions of departmental officers at site.

OD17870/2024-2025:Hire and labour for providing fencing with full size bamboo post 2m long and 1m apart and full size bamboo horizontally laying two rows with coir yarn complete at the Ashtami pandal etc.complete as per specification.

2.31:Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared

OD17874/2024-2025:Removing water hyacinth weeds from the river and depositing the rubbish conveniently away from river bank so as not to fall again to the lake water as directed by the departmental officers at site
