Service charges for the work of "SITC of 13 passengers lift along with AMC & Operation of lift to TTD Kalyanamandapam at bhimavaram in West Godavari district. (Part:C- Operation )

SCHEDULE–B : SERVICE CHARGES

Service charges for the existing skilled category person for 13 Passangers Lift avaialble in TTD Kalyanamandapam at Bhimavaram as mentioned in scope of work given below for a period of 60 months(1No x 60months) The NOTE and detailed scope of work attached in BOQ tender document

Service Charges for man power shall be minimum of Rs.500/- month per person and maximum of 5% of the basic wages for corresponding worker. Any tender with values excesses of 5% of basic wages or less than Rs.500/-month will be rejected summarily.

the tenderer shall quote his offer for above considering all the activities indicated in the scope of work with satisfactory performance of the contract.

Initially for one month, the contractor have to pay wages including ESI, EPF, to the workers as per the wages in Schedule-A in the tender document and the same will be reimbursed by TTD vide board Resolution No.568 dt:26-02-2024. The same procedure shall be continued for subsequent months also.

Employer contribution of ESI & EPF as applicable at the prevailing rates per worker per month shall be paid

for wages more than ₹15,000/-, EPF @ 13% on Rs.15,000/- & ESI @ 3.25 % on ₹18,500/ shall be paid.

Whenever, there is enhancement of wages, the same to be implemented and the same will be reimbursed by TTD

TTD will not provide any accommodation for their workers during maintenance period and they will not be permitted to stay at site / premises after completion of shift duties. It is the responsibility of the contractor/firm to make alternate arrangements for transport and accommodation to their workers / staff away from the premises.

The price quoted shall be excluding of GST.

TTD shall be authorized to deduct any taxes as applicable from the bidder

Monthly: The following documents should be furnished by the contractor for arranging monthly payment

a) Documentary evidence that payment is made to personnel through their bank accounts.

b) ESI, EPF payment challans of the preceding month where TTD has reimbursed the employeer contribution of ESI & EPF

c) GST payment challans/invoice of the month / Quarterly as the case may be since the rate quoted should be inclusive of all taxes applicable.

1) The operating staff must be ITI qualified / experienced in operation of Lift and should be available round the clock during Marriage functions and should work under control of Manager of Kalyanamandapams. Lift should be switched on & switched off as per the instructions of the Manager of Kalyanamandapam. Even in case no marriage function, the duty staff should be available and report to the Manager of Kalyanamandapam. The watch and ward of the Lift shall be responsibility of the duty staff. The duty staff should wear company uniform for easy identification. The duty staff should belong to Hindu religion and Male person only.

2) Starting and stopping of the Lifts as per the requirement of the user. 3) Checking operation of lift for its normal operating conditions and informing the abnormalities to concerned official if any for rectification. 4) Maintaining general cleanliness in lift cabin

Note: The Operator should be maintained un-interrupted operation of lift in the TTD Kalyanamandapam and the Operator should have a sufficient skill to attend any incidental break downs. Should carry required tools and tackles and emergency spares. Non availability of operator shall attract penalty of Rs 1,000/- per day.
