Electrical work to be carried out at various lift Irrigation Schemes (Seer and Kanispora).

Providing and fitting of Ampere meter and voltmeter having range 0-500 for ATS Starter at lift irrigation scheme Seer unit no. 02. The job also includes the charge for replacement of damaged wiring with new one for connecting meters with proper insulation/tapping.

Repairs to 05 HP 03 phase priming pumping unit of Lift Irrigation Scheme Kanispora by way loading in private load carrier and shifting it to workshop for repair. The job includes the charge for complete rewinding of stator coils as per sample of copper wire of standard size and quality (4.5 Kg). The job includes the charge for providing and fitting of insulation material in the slots of stator including bamboo straps, latheride paper etc and varnishing of winding with good quality varnish. The job also includes p/f of Bakelite connections plate as per sample with proper thimbling of terminals. The job also includes the charge for making sleeve, balancing of shaft on lathe machine, p/f of new nuts and bolts & greasing of bearings packing etc. for the completion of work. Then reassembling the pumping unit at workshop and shifting to site and tested on full load. Deduct the cost of old scrap (3.6 Kg).

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 600KVA voltage stabilizer of Lift Irrigation Scheme Seer unit no. 02 using appropriate means of transport as Mini truck like Tata mobile, Bolero Camper or similar with 1km lead.

Extra per kilometre for lead >10 kms up to 20 kms.

Dismantling of voltage stabilizer by way of opening of top lid, disassembling of voltage regulator, removing all connections, taking out damaged leg after removal of core The job includes draining out of T-oil and its safe placement for further refilling.

Assembling of all parts of voltage stabilizer, connecting of leads of all connections, refilling of old T-oil in tank.

Providing and fitting of finished new electrolytic grade copper strip winding with insulation, varnishing etc. for the completion of work (Three legs).

Credit valve of old scrap of copper.

Replacement of damaged copper contact point with new one.
