Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. ( Pick jumperr work 50% each)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement : 4 sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6( 1 cement : 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2: Sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:-

In foundation and plinth including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall (any thickness but not less then 0.10 Mtr. Thickness) i/c attached pilasters buttresses ,plinth and string courcess etc. from top to foundation upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron frame 30x30x5mm.so as to give a fair finish in-cluding centring,shuttering,strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling exceeding upto any height and removal of the same for in-situ-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Edges of slab and breaks in floor and wall , Above 20cm wide, within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC.work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying, jointing & testing of M.S.E.R.W. Pipe 250mm dia( ZINC COATED) duly flanged every pipe conforming to IS:3183-2012 (latest with up to date amendments) of steel grade L-210 having wall thickness 4.80mm including the cost of specials such as tail pieces reducer, tees and bends of required drgree.Test pressur 5MPA required length of pipe is 4 - 6 mtrs. The M.S. flange to be conforming to table-5, of IS: 6392 - 1971. The welding should be done in two layers on both the faces to make the joints leak proof conforming to IS: 816-1965 with electrode conforming to IS: 814-1967 including the cost of required nos & size of M.S. nuts & bolts conforming to IS: 1369 -1971 and asbestos fiber jointing gasket ( compressed ) sheet not be less than 3mm in thickness conforming to IS:2712 -1985. The laying of pipe should be conformed to IS:5822 - 1994 pipe should be provided with Anticorrocive galvanizing treatment. MS flanged at site complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction & satisfactions of the Engineer - in-Charge.(For Scour 3X14.90=44.70 Rmt)

Providing and fixing double flanged cast iron sluice Valve 250mm dia of Bir make for water works purpose class PN 1.00 complete as per IS : 14846-2000 (latest with uptodate ammendments) The nominal seat pressure of 10.20Kg/Cm² within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3(1cement:3 sand) with in all leads and lifts.as per the directions and satisfactions of the Engineer-in-Charge

Stone/Boulder filling tightly packed within all leads and lifts.as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
