Taking down of carefully unserviceable Aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete with fitting such as switches, ceiling rose lamp holder, sockets, fan regulators, SK/FTL light fittings etc removing materials for store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be taken as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as specified and directed.

M&L for modular point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade FRLSH cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty ISI marked not less than 25 mm dia, concealed conduit wiring in walls and surface with GI saddles GI screws, rawl plugs in ceiling or roof if not possible including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of modular flush metal boxes, inner and outer plate suitable for modular switch, socket and fan regulator as per site requirement and drawing continuous earth wire with and including PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade FRLSH cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) and connected to main earth dolly complete all as specified for one light/Fan point controlled by one Switch. Notes: 1 The contract site mainly comprises of OTMs where point wiring may exceed its standard length. 2. The contractor will make good of disturbed surfaces with material (incl plaster,putty) required to matchup with existing surfaces without any additional cost to the dept. This condition applies to all the materials in the BOQ.
