Auditorium Auditorium ceiling Acoustic Treatment with Interior Decoration____ Providing and fixing false ceiling which includes providing and fixing of G.I. frame, all the framing materials of ultra section made of Saint Gobain/ Anutone. G.I. frame work to be fixed on ceiling area with a channel section at 600 mm. centre to centre in one direction and intermediate chanel section will be placed in opposite direction with an interval of 1 M align for flatness. Acoustical backing by Ploy fiber wool of thickness 50mm having density of 20 Kgs/M3 tie up by Galvanized wire. 12.5 mm. thick Gypsum board to be fixed in the border area and in drop ceiling area. Design of ceiling to be made for popper sound reproduction.

Including 'T' grid frame work. Design of ceiling to be made for popper sound reproduction.

Acoustical work of Side & Back wall Providing & Fixing of wall panel by concealed G.I. wall framing system shall include perimeter section having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, unequal flanges of 15 & 20mm and web of 22mm should be fixed along the perimeters of the wall with nylon sleeves and suitable screw/ fasteners at every 300mm centers. Then Intermidiate channels having thickness 0.9mm, length 3600mm, equal flanges of 15mm and web 45mm will be placed 600 center GI Cross channel/ ceiling section having thickness 0.45mm, length 3600mm, knurled web 35mm, depth of 22mm and equal flanges 9.5mm is fastened to the Main channel in the opposite direction placed 600 center, with Acoustical backing by poly fibre wool of thickness 50mm having density of 20Kgs/M³ tie up by Galvanized wire mesh and galvanized wire to avoid sagging. Then provide 8 mm thick "SHERA" Decoboard (viz. Cassiano/ Cassia/ Rocco,) with a on existing frame work including Labour charges. Design of ceiling to be made for popper sound reproduction.

Acoustical work of Side & Back wall Supply, fitting and fixing Wall panelling with HDFR magnesia boards (1200 x 2400 x 8 mm) of fixed on G.I. stud channel (34 x 48 x 36x 0.50mm) fitted vertically @600 mm C/C mounted on floor channel (32 x 50 x 32 x 0.50 mm) fixed at top and bottom horizontally and intermediate G.I. channel stiffners (10 x 25 x 0.45 mm) @ 600 mm C/C in alternate horizontal and vertical direction to fix the panel structure properly to wall @600 mm C/C horizontally as well as vertically. The magnesium boards are to be fixed with screws, pins and jointing compound. Acoustical backing by Ploy fiber wool of thickness 50mm having density of 20 Kgs/M3 tie up by Galvanized wire, on top provide glass fibre core acoustic wall tiles on top surface of size 600 x 1200 x 25mm density 100Kg/mᶟ, weight 2.5Kg/m², fire class 1&P, NRC upto 0.9. with febric finish to be fixed by adhesive. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Engineer - in charge.

Acoustical Door Supply, installation and commissioning of Acoustical door shutter made of Sal wood Frame with anti-termite paint covered with 12mm ply and 4 mm thick teak veneer on insedr side and ACP on outer side filling with acoustical backing by Poly fiber wool of thickness 50mm having density of 20 Kgs/M3with inside polish finish with door closer, 12" SS finish 'D' handle 4 Nos. for each door, tower bolt of 12" and all the hinge of 125 mm of SS. CIVIL PART: Stage Craft Work ::

Front main curtain Supplying, fitting & fixing colour cloth with synthetic satin cloth curtain for Main screen, double gathering with tussle and newer ball fittings. Provide horizontal opening push bottom control, motorised system consisting of 1.0 HP 3 phase CROMPTOM make motor with suitable gear box, 2 nos. air break contactors of (L&T/Siemens) for operation close asnd open, with other curtain mechanism including all necessary pullies, T, roller, bobin, drum, steel rope etc. complete mechanism. Size of curtain as per requirement of stage opening including front frills with tussle complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Light Bar Supplying,fitting and fixing fixed type Light bar for batten & frill made with 50 mm dia black enamel painted pipe (two coats) fixed from grid structure. Complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Cyclorama Supplying, fitting & fixing approved quality plastic perforated screen, with black color side border with eyelet of width 0.3M. This will be fitted on curved cyclorama concave shape frame structure made of black MS pipe of 40 mm dia with lacing of 25 mm dia. in the bottom of frame provide 125mm dia movable caster wheels for movement of cyclorama. Size of cyclorama as per requirement of stage and approval of EIC.

Frill Supplying, fitting & fixing Frill for masking with thick black cotton cloth complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Proscenium and Stage Facia Supplying,fitting & fixing proscenium structure at right and left side and top and bottom of stage opening area. The Proscenium structure is made of 50 x 25 mm MS Hollow square tube as all side members and 25 x 25 MS hollow dquare tube as horizontal and vertical member @900 c/c welded with square tube and finally supported with grid and primer & black synthetic enamel paint finish, on top covered with 12 mm BWP Ply & 4 mm teak veener complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Stage Wings Providing & fixing of Stage wings of double gathering thick black cotton cloth with sicronisation facility and pivot mechanism covering for side movement.

Stage Flooring Supply, fitting & fixing of wooden grid/ frame structure made of M Sal wood of section 75mm x 50 mm and 75mm x 50mm placing 600 center to center will be fixed on your existing at a level of 885 mm will be fixed by MS clamp & nut-bolt with washer. The wooden frame shall be anti-termite painted on top provide neoprin rubber of 3mm after that provide 25mm thick BWP Ply (Century/ Alisan/ Green Ply) by nails & screw on top of ply wood provide 16mm thick teak wood plank (2nd class) and fix it by fevicol glue finally finished with desired grade of polish.

Stage Flooring supplying and laying true to line and level vitrified tiles of approved brands (size not less than 600 mm x 600 mm x10 mm thick) in floor, skirting etc. set in 20 mm sand cement mortar (1:) and 2 mm thick cement slurry back side of tiles using cement @2.91 Kg./sqM or using polymerised adhesive (6 mm thick layer applied directly over finished artificial stone floor/ Mosaic etc. without any backing course) laid after application slurry using 1.75 Kg of cement per sqM below mortar only, joints grouted with admixture ofwhite cement and colouring pigment to match with colour of tiles/ epoxy grout materials of approved make as directed and removal of wax coating of top surface of tiles using soft and dry cloth upto mirror finish complete including the cost of materials, labour and all other incidental charges complete true to the manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
