Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as directed.

M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 V grade multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit and accessories concealed in walls/ceilings including 1.5 Sqmm dia multistranded copper cable as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, including 2 mm thick modular metal flush box and suitable modular white cover plate with frame etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting & removing the burnt winding of ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep and cleaning the slot,rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size ,varnishing heating and insulating and reassembling the spares complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting & removing the burnt winding of Exhuast fan of 300/450 mm sweep and cleaning the slot,rewinding with super enamelled copper wire of suitable size ,varnishing heating and insulating and reassembling the spares complete all as specified.

Removing of exsiting Exhaust fan up 300mm/450mm sweep from postion, painting with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler one coat after cleaning all dust etc, kept in safe custody and refixing after completion of work to postion, alongwith required accessories in new postion as directed

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on battan or reccess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit or pipe or fixed to a poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc.as required 4 mm dia GI or steel wire complete all as specified and as dirtected .

Disconnecting and taking down the unserviceable earthing and M & L for Earthing complete with GI earth plate 60x60cm.x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate to a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including GI wire 4mm dia with GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade connected upto DBs by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of copper, galvanized iron pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC 1:2:4 cover slab 50mm thick with re-inforcement of 8 mm TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both directions and PCC chamber with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, charcoal, lugs, common salt complete all as specified and as shown on plate No.3 of SSR Part-I

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for laying UG cable not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed .

Returning and refilling of excaveted soil upto a depth of 30 cm after riddling the excavated soil for cushioning of cable and refilling of trench with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material not exc 50m and depositing where as directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for protection to cable with one layers of new bricks (old size) laid flat butting to each other using old size sub - class B bricks

M &L for road cutting including excavation,returningfilling in,spreading,leveling,well ramming in layers ,soiling with broken boulders/stones,WBM 7.5 cm thickcoarse aggregate premix,carpeting 25mm thick using ready mix plant material,rolled and compacted for road patch repair work complete all as directed.

M & L in GI pipe of 50 mm dia light grade laid in trenchesh at road crossings/foot paths complete all as specified and directed.
