REPAIRS TO PARTITIONS FALSE CEILING AND FLOORING OF BLDG NO 42 AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing)and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for dark shade Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (square or rectangular) of area exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 Sq.m in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including cement screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450X350X7 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over including rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc., including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down to water and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on walls including preparation of plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Prepartion of old painted surface and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint for surface over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 10.00 above but on ceiling.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix false ceiling grid using GI perimeter channels of 0.55mm thick, having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm and web of 27mm along the perimeter of the ceiling , fixed to wall with nylon sleeves and screws at 610mm intervals, GI intermediate channels of size 45 mm x 15 mm x 0.90mm supported with GI ceiling angle of size 25 mm x 10 mm x 0.55mm fixed to soffits with steel expansion fasterners / GI cleat at 1220 mm intervals, ceiling section of 0.55 mm thick having knurled web of 51.5 mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to intermidate channel with connecting clips and in directions perpendicular to the intermidiate channels at 457 mm centre to centre including fixing Gypsum board of 12.5 mm thick conforming to IS-2095: 1982 for false ceiling, fixed to ceiling section with 25 mm dry wall screws at 230 mm centres and all as specified and directed including two coats of distemper paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix for partition wall (Pannels of 1.44 sqm (approx) made out of aluminium anodized standard hollow sections 63.50 X 38.10 X 1.95 mm thick snap fit beadings, standard rubber gasket, 5.5mm thick sheet glass and 12 mm thick pre-laminated perticle board, interior grade, pre-laminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing light grey lamination complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for taking down unserviceable partitions.

Supply & Fix venatian blinds type 100mm wide including hanging arrangement made up of anodised aluminium channel with acrylic mechanism with bottom weight type vista leveler all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by engg in charge including taking down the worn out venetian blinds complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & stick sun control film 50 microns thick on glass panes as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed..

Material & labour Double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of mininium 1.25 mm thick alumiium alloy sheet foundation box , mai body with stainless steel cover, governig pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as per specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Aluminum(extruded section body) Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of textile covering over roof and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises.

Material & labour for 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. [Note:-Supply of WPC will be measured and paid for separately]

Material & labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per Sqm including cleaning of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for polymer modified bituminous membrane with sand witched polythene film water proofing 3Kg/Sqm (Plastifiet/hyper plastic etc) shall be laid over entire roof surface and on vertical surface upto grooves with other laps of 100mm, these over lap shall scaled by flames complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of water tanks 2000 ltrs capacity and S&F Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specifed and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair 20 mm bore Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminum rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 20 mm - 210 gms) complete all as specified and as directed.
