Maintenanc e of LI scheme 2016- 17 Urgent rewinding the rotor of 40HP motor at LI scheme Mekkadambu

Charges for dismantling the defective 40 HP motor after disconnecting all wire leads ,decoupling from pump and conveying manually to the nearest road side of the pump house using wooden sleeper ,rope ,crobar etc and loading to the vehicle and transporting to the nearest workshop for repairs shifting to nearest onvenient place at pump house.

Charges for seperating the 40 HP motor in to parts and dismantling the burnt out rotor winding by cutting and pulling after loosening the buding wires , cleaning the slots cleaning with petrol insulating the slots with best quality insulating material, making coils ,rewinding the stator coils with super inamelled seperior quality copper winding wire / strip of existing guage, winding , shaping etc providing fibre wedges, soldering , sleeving, connecting providing fresh lead wires etc heating varnishing using good quality insulating varnish baking crating to get the required magnitude of I R value and making the rotor winding in good working condition (Dismantled copper scrap need not be returned )

Charges for the cleaning the stator windings with petrol, attending minor repairs, retaping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with Lithium base grease, heating and baking the windings, reassembling, test running including scrapping, cleaning and painting with 2 coats of Grey enamel paint.

Supply and renewal of ball bearing No 6312 or its equivalent in place of damaged one

Charges for replacing the deffective slip ring of unit the above motor , including charges for cutting, levelling the slip ring unit etc at required

Supply and renewal of carbon brush in position of 60 HP motor.

Charges for assembling the rewounded motor in to full shape after greasing the bearings and test run on no load at workshop and conveying the motor to pumphouse through special conveyance, including loading and unloading charges and refitting the motor in position and coupled pump and vacuum pump after making correct alignment and conducting trial run at full load.
