SECTION I - ROLLER BLIND

ROLLER BLIND Providing & fixing roller blinds, with head rail and fabric connector with min gap of 6/8 mm if required. Fabric 100% glass fibre with PVC coating on both side light transmission 3% with flame retardant.the control unit consists of clutch mechanism.The unit is made of high strength reinforced plastic.The clutch is of Wrap design. High carbon steel springs are provided to transmit motion from the driven mechanism.Clutch is operated directionally by use of endless beached chain to raise and lower the blinds smoothly to decide height.clutch never needs adujustment.Hand rail- to be provided of an aluminium-extruded rail on which the control unit and idler are mounted with help of bracket. Idler is high strength reinforced plastic consisting of an outside sleeve and center shaft. sleeve provide bearing surface for center shaft and rotate freely for longer wearing operation. Bracket are powder coated in white.operating chain is made of 4.5 mm plastic beads molded on 2.2 mm thick polyster cord. the pitch of the beads is 6mm.fixing bracket are L-Bracket(2mm) and Clamp(0.5mm in zinc plated). Roller tube is made up of high strength aluminium alloy extruded grooved tube which is powder coated or anodized.The fabric of the blind is attached to the tube. incase of light duty, the fabric is attached to plastic insert and incase of heavy duty, the fabric is attached using both side tape. Load bar is fixed to the bottom of the fabric and the purpose of it is to keep the fabric in tension and straight ,it is made up of extruded aluminium alloy with a groove for fixing the fabric using plastic. the ends are pluged using ABS ends caps.Complete in all respect.

FULL HEIGHT MODULAR PARTITIONS (Approx QTY)- Partition thickness is 75mm for added stability and with the inside gap between two tile is approximately 50mm for higher wire carrying capacity.The height of partition considered is 3000mm (approx.)The inside frame is made out of 1 to 1.2mm thick CRCA/Aluminium sheets .All the Frames are duly powder coated in black color to a thickness of 40-50 microns. The horizontals and verticals of the frames are fixed together at different heights so as to facilitate the wire management system running within the frame.All the frames are joined together by means of screws and nuts. They can be attached to form a 2-way, 3-way or a 4-way configuration. Possibility to join the frames at 120 degrees can also be provided within the system.All frames are covered with extruded aluminum trims. These trims are finished in an epoxy powder coating finish.The connectors at the top of the frames are made out of Die-cast Aluminum/CRCA. These caps also are finished in an epoxy powder coating finish in the same color. All the frames are fitted with leveling bolts. Wall Start- This is a joinery, which is used to fix partition with wall as per requirement, made of aluminium extrusion/CRCA steel. This should have necessary slots for fixing and can take wire from wall to partition. Frames shall form the basic support structure for all components and shall be made CRCA/Aluminium sections . The main vertical member of the frame bearing the load of brackets and storages shall be made of 1mm thick CRCA steel/aluminium extrusion. The connecting vertical face shall be made up of 0.8mm thick CRCA Steel. The horizontal members shall be made of 0.8mm CRCA steel. (This item continues from Sr. No. 4.1 to 4.7)

Raceways:-The raceways are made out of 0.6mm thick CRCA & powder coated. The raceway can be provided below worktop or above worktop. The skirting raceway is hollow and through out. Tiles Fabric Tile: Constructed out of 6 to 8mm thick Medium Density Fiber Board (MDF)/PLPB and covered with Fabric of choice. Glass Tile: 4mm glass fixed within an aluminium powder coated frame. Two such (double skin) tiles on either side of the frame complete the assembly. Alternatively, Toughened Glass is for single skin 10 mm thick. Steel tile: Constructed out of 0.8mm CRCA sheet and finished in epoxy powder coating. Can be given with plain / perforations/embossed finishes. Whiteboard marker tiles: Made out of 6mm MDF with 1mm glossy highly wear resistant face laminate with a balancing laminate on the back. Wire Management The partition has integrated raceway provided either at skirting level or the at the work surface level. The free space available within raceway accommodates power, data and communication cables. The cable can be taken into the Frame from the floor through the frame bottom. Once the cables enter the Frames , it can be taken from one end to the other end continuously as per Power / LAN layout plan. Approximately 60-70 (5mm Dia) cables can be accommodated in the raceway channels.

The raceways are provided with CRCA Snap cover on both side of raceways where required or on one side depending upon where worktop is being used.The cable running at skirting level can be terminated at tabletop level through disciplined wiring channels inside the frames . The raceway covers will be provided with appropriate electrical switch cutouts, as per the samples of switches provided , The number of cutouts in each workstation would depend upon the size of the switches. Solid Door Frame & Door with Vision Panel , Door Hardware consist of Floor Spring, Patch fitting , Lock and Handle Size :- 900mm x 2100mm Door panel of 43mm Thick , Internal construction is Block Board with Prelaminated MDF/particle board on both side with a vision panel.

Front Partition shall have Glass finish in all Modules.

Dividing Partition shall have Laminated Finish in all Modules.

WALL PANELLING Supply and Installation of Perforated Channelled wall panels of high density fiber board substrate with class Y fire classification and with 0.5 min thick Laminate /Veneer finish and of size 2440X128X15 mm giving acoustic NRC of 0.55 and of class 1 fire rating . complete with all alumni channels accessories, border/corner profiles etc. (approved make G13/G21 wall panel of Armstrong or equivalent)

CARPET FLOORING Providing and Laying 100 % Nylon Multilevel loop pile Carpet Tiles of Brand shade approved by client in 18oz Quality having 100 % solution dyed, of 1/12th gauge having pile thickness of 3mm total thickness 6.5mm. PIt should be antimicrobial and with soil/stain protection. Tile size 50cm x 50cm and tile backing should be of glass bac having minimum 32 % recycle content including minimum 30 % post consumer content. completed as per Client instruction and design/approval

SECTION II PORTABLE CABINS, WASTE BINS & MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS

WASTE BINS (OUTDOOR) Provision, Supply & Installation/fixing of wheeled waste bins moulded from special UV stabilized grades of polyethylene - each of 240-330 litres capacity of size TOP 570x740 BOTTOM :410x575 H: 1070 COLOUR: Military Green & Dark blue .The bins should be rust free, elegant, light weight, easy to handle and cleaning, hygienic, leak proof & durable etc. complete as per specification and approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

PORTABLE SECURITY CABIN Provision, Supply & Installation/fixing of Pre Fab Security Cabins of 3.0m clear height from FFL. with light MS steel structure 1.2 mm thick of SHS framing of 38mm X 38mm confirming IS 1239 YST 210 to 240. The Framing should be fabricated in 600mm X 600mm vertically CC and 950mm X 950mm Horizontly CC by proper welding and painted with red oxide primer. The framing shall have the provision of hole of electric conduting and wiring. The cabin shall have the provision of opening of doors and windows with fittings and locks including all electrical works including fittings & cabling ( approved ISI material). Roof:- Roof sheeting : Tracdek hi-Rub profiled sheeting 1000-1020mm cover width, 28-30mm high crests @ 250-255mm c/c manufactured out if 0.50 mm TCT hi-tensile pre-painted galvanized iron(PPGI) ( Z-120 GSM zinc metallic coating of total both sides 240 MPA yield stress as per IS-277) . The sheet shall have wide pans with three small stiffing ribs for effective water shedding ribs and special male/female end returns on side laps for prulin support. The sheet shall be fixed by means of galvenzied self drilling screws tapping fasteners ( 12-14X55mm with EPDM seals). (This item continues from Sr. No. 9.1 to 9.4)

Walls:- The walls on both sides and interior roof shall be cladding with 3mm aluminium composite panel (ACP). Sheet both sides only with plain colour and brand. The cabin shall be insulated with 38mm thick hard thermocole. The ACP consist ASTM E8 40kg/mmsq yield strength and with 4.5kg/mmsq tensile strength with .5 mm thick aluminium coile thickness. ACP sheet of exterior grade are coated with PVDF with KYNAR 500 (min 70%) and interior grade is coated with high durable polyeaster (PE). These ACP sheets shall be cladding with screws on MS frame and joint shall be properly fixed with silicon compound. Standard spacing to accommodate electrical/plumbing conduits to be fixed horizontally/vertically in the system. Floor:- MS bottom frame shall be fabricated with MS pipe light weight 1.2mm SHS 38mm X 38mm in grid 600mm X 600mm CC. The Cabin shall also be provided with flooring marine plywood of 18mm thick and 1mm thick vinyl flooring. The floor shall be fixed with plinth by using steel anchoring fastner 100mm X 150mm long

Door:- The door shall be made of MS steel pipe frame cladding with ACP panels both side and window shall be fixed with 5mm thick toughened glass with lockable arrangement. For 2nos- ATM cabins,The door shall be made up of toughened glass with lockable arrangement

BED FOR REST ROOM Supplying and Placing in position Single Bed of following specification. Size:- Overall size of bed shall be 2060mm (L) × 1750mm (W) × 900mm (H). Bedstead shall be 1520mm (W) x 2010mm (L) x 410mm (H)Bed structure consists of metal frame made of M.S. Channels in 1.0 mm thickness. Horizontal and bottom plinths are made of 25mm thick prelaminated particle board. Head board is made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with all the exposed edges are edge banded with 2 mm thcik PVC edge banding. Tail board is made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with all the exposed edges are edge banded with 2 mm thick PVC edge banding. The bed shall be provided with 6 inch thick foam matteress of 40 density. The bed shall also be provided with 2 nos. microfibre pillow of size 16"X24" . BED FOR SECURITY BARRACK Supplying and Placing in position Single Bed of following specification. Supplying and placing Single bed with an overall size 2050 (L) X 850-965 (W) X 750-835 (H). Head and tail panel shall be made of 50mm X 25mm X 1.2 THK Crossection and 50 mm X 25 mm X 1.2 THK M.S Structure . The Mattress understructure shall consist of square hollow section 20mm X 20mm X 1 THK M.S Structure. Head and Bottom shall be covered with 18mm thick Pre laminated particle board with 2mm thick PVC edge banding . The edge banding shall be pasted with hot melt glue at 200 degree Celsius.Mattress panel shall be made of 12 mm ply.All metal part shall be powder coating finish with DFT(Dry Film Thickness) - 35µ min. The PPCP shoes shall be insert into bottom of legs for avoid skretches on the floors. The bed shall be provided with 4 inch thick foam matteress of 40 density. The bed shall also be provided with 1 no. microfibre pillow of size 16"X24" .The work shall be carried out as per the instructions received from engineer in charge.

WALL MIRROR Providing and supplying wall mirror of size 1500mm (H) x 450mm (W). The mirror shall be provided with 3" teakwood frame all around for aesthetically appealing look

WOODEN WARDROBE Supplying and placing wooden storage cabinet of the following specifications. The overall size of the storage shall be 1950mm (H) x 900mm (W) x 600mm (D). The storage shall have 2 doors. The Doors shall be made of 18mm thick PPB. One of the doors should be provided with mirror for aesthetically appealing.The work shall be carried our as per the instructions received from engineer in charge.

QUEUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Provision, Supply & Installation/fixing of stainless steel(SS 304 grade or higher) Q-Management system having retractable tape head mechanism comprising of, SS double belt posts of 2 ½” dia, 14” base & 950 mm tall, belt length 2.00m in color as per approval of the engineer in charge and with name printing as specified, complete with wall mounting clips at start points or wherever required.

SS SQUARE PLANTER Provision, Supply and placing 4 Line Square Planters in Stainless Steel (SS 304 grade). Planters shall be corrosion proof having highly finished body of size 300mm X 300mmX300mm(approx. wt. 2.0 kg/Piece) complete as per specification and approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

SECTION III - MODULAR FURNITURE

FULL HEIGHT STORAGE Supplying, Installation and placing of stackable/single unit 1950(H) x 900(W) x 450(D) mm storage , made of 0.8mm thick Prime Quality CRCA Steel, having Sliding/hinged Door with or with out top hanging arrangement to prevent derailment. Each door provided with 2 plastic roller having steel ball bearing for smooth movement of door & less noise. it has to be Snap on type aesthetically appealing die cast 5 Lever Cam Lock for safe Locking & Plastic flush & recessed / Muzzak handle. it has to be Screw type lever with hex plastic base (add in unit height min. 8 mm & additional 5mm max for adjustment), complete as per specification and approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

OVERHEAD STORAGES Supplying and placing of overhead storage of size 900mm (W) X450mm (H) X 350mm (D) in required lengths, Top/Bottom Panel made of 0.8mm thk MS CRCA Sheet/18mm th. PLB, Side Panel made of 1.2mm thk MS CRCA Sheet /18mm th. PLB and Door Panel made of 0.6mm thk MS CRCA Sheet/18mm th.PLB. All powder Coated/PLB storages, having Removable key type 10 lever cam door lock with lock lever to lock and open the door, etc complete as per specification and approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

SIDE STORAGE & CABINET UNITS Providing & supplying approved make, hinged door Free standing Back Side Storage & cabinet units of sizes as specified below resting on floor having door, top, sides, back, & shelves in CRCA powder coated steel. The body and Shelves of the cabinets shall be made of 0.8mm CRCA steel. The top of the cabinets shall be made of 2mm thick CRCA steel and the skirting plate shall be made of 1.2mm CRCA steel. The shelves shall be supported on Spring Steel clips and shall be adjustable at intervals of 12.5mm heights. The cabinet shall be provided with CAM Locks. The handles shall be PVC Moulded and shall be flush fitted. The cabinets shall be provided with 4 Nos. M10 levelers for height adjustment upto 25mm.The shutter shall have self-closing hinges. complete as per Specification and approval of Engineer-in-Charge. SINGLE STEP STOOL Supplying and placing of approved make, Single step stool (sturdy stool) for supporting the patient while accessing the bed or examination table, of size 485 mm (L) X 335 mm (W) X 205 mm (H). Understructure Frame made of MS having section 20mmX20mm & 1.6mm thick, consists of four vertical pipes, two horizontal pipes at the bottom & five pipes at the top to support the sheet metal top. The Stool Top consist of 1.2mm thick MS for standing purpose having Textured Rubber Mat is to be placed on the sheet metal top for getting a good grip while climbing, complete as per specification & approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

PATIENT'S BED This bed is a plain bed used in the recovery ward. Overall dimension: 2160 mm (L) X 910 mm ( W) X 610 mm (H) . The bed frame is of ERW Rect. tube of section 30mm X 60 mm & 1.6mm thick. The lying surface frame is of ERW Round Tube having 25.4mm dia and 1.6mm thickness. Head board/Leg board/Frame is of ERW Round Tube having 19mm dia/ 25.4mm dia & 31.75mm dia and 1.2mm thickness. Higher diameter tube provides a sturdy understructure. Leg Shoe NYLON For avoiding wear of legs. Sheet metal Lying surface of 1.2 mm thickness CRCA, is coated with anti-microbial and anti rust powder. Lying surface area consists of mattress retainer to define the position of the mattress. Anti rust and thermosetting epoxy polyester,formulated to fulfill the requirements for surface protection.Color: All powder coated parts in RAL white. Plastic parts in Pantone Cool Grey , complete as per specification & approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

PASSENGER BAGGAGE TROLLEY Trolleys will be of 4 wheel type. Front 2 wheels will be caster swivel type and 2 rear wheels. The Vertical and Horizontal frame will be of AISI grade 304 SS pipes having circular section or elliptical section with thickness 2 mm + 0.12 mm. In case of circular sections the vertical frame dia should not be less than 30 mm and platform horizontal mainframe pipes dia not less than 25 mm. In case of elliptical section the size should not be less than 38 mm X 20 mm. Hand Baggage Basket will be of AISI grade 304 SS Rods / Pipes. The basket should be of the following size : Length: 525 mm + 5 mm Width: 225 mm + 2 mm Height: 132 mm + 1.5 mm Also the projection of the basket beyond the vertical frame should not be more than 60 mm, so that the load platform area is not affected. The advertisement panel can be at front side and at the rear side. The design shall incorporate finger protection clearance. Hand Baggage Basket will consist of frame of SS rods 6mm + 0.25 mm. The basket will be welded to the mainframe by SS welding rods. All wheels will be of moulded synthetic non-marking rubber tyred with precision double ball bearings, dust protected, sealed and self lubricated. RAISE FLOOR Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height with possible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular load bearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame work and G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings, as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of : a) P roviding at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestals made out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outer diameter, fully welded on to the G.I. The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7 mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and 20 welds along each flange).
