Collection and stacking of 45-63 mm gauge hard stone ballast for inter coat from approved quarry including royality octroi cartage upto site and all other taxes and also including stacking to the required templete after screening at road site including dressing of side burms as required where materials is to be stacked as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection and stacking of 22.4-53 mm gauge hard stone ballast for top coat from approved quarry including royality octroi cartage upto site and all other taxes and also including stacking to the required templete after screening at road site including dressing of side burms as required where materials is to be stacked as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Collection of stone dust of approved quality and quarry for inter and top coat consolidation.

Consolidation of 45-63 mm.gauge stone ballast for 10cm.thick(loose) coat by road roller including opening out stacks,sorting ballast into different size and spreading them including making medhi to retain water and also including carriage of metal,water and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Water allowance to be allowed between 15th November to 31th May including carriage for waterbeyond 30 meter

Ist coat bitumen painting over WBM surface as a wearing coarse consisting of a layer of bitumminious binder laid on the prepared surface followed by a cover of crushed stone chipping 19 mm gauge including precoating and painting work and also including maintenance of side patries during the operation as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne capacity including all labour, material and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of tack coat I/c supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying 50mm thick average compacted bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggreegates of specified grading-II, premixed with bituminus binder @ 3.3 percent by weight, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clause 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction.

Providing and laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading-II, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH Specifications clause 508 complete in all respects.

Earth work in road side patries including cartage upto 5km distance out side of I.A. including loading unloading rayalty and including spreading 20cm. layer, watering, ramming & including all labour, T&P required for proper completion of the work.
