Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out Soft/ Loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, n.exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out any type of soil.

M&L Plain cement concrete, type D2, (1:4:8, using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc all as specified and as as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note: The proportioning of cement and aggregate for mixing by weight shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M&L RCC nominal mix type A1, (1:1.5:3, using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation including raft footing foundation beam plinth beam bases for columns etc basement slab under reamed piles and mass concrete Note: The proportioning of cement and aggregate for mixing by weight shall be as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings,bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work;vertical or to batter,curved, as in rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns (square, rectangular or polygonal) as in rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, roof beam landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick for fair finished surface (Horizontal or sloping) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams,beam haunchings, girders, bressumers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, chajjas etc also splays between floor and beam and the like for fair finished surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges as in rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified.

M&L Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips. etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Mild steel CRS TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia Round Bars cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for colums hooking ends and bending with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per above item No.15.00 but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/loose soil

Removing excavated material upto 5 km outside MD land complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated rocks exc. 250m but n.exc 500 mtr and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5M above the starting point. all as specified.

M&L moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for broken stone or boulders Hardcore of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on roof slab surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for providing APP based membrane roof treatment in layers with following provisions:- (i) Applying one coat of bitumen's primer polymerized primer oil based coat, evenly @ 0.3KG/Sqm as priming coat to the prepared surfaces, till the surfaces is properly impregnated and the solvent oil in the base primer shall be allowed to evaporated completely. (ii) Applying APP based pre-fabricated with non woven polyester reinforced membrane stabilized with fibre glass strands and top with grey mineral slates 3mm thick and weight not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm by torch application method. (iii) Applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10Kg/Sqm over mineral surface.

M& L Precast cement concrete type E1, 1: 5 : 10 (20 mm graded aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks ,exc,10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on internal fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, on external surfaces of brick walls or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any height, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only water proofing compound (integral) all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling in any height complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated aluminium anodised three track sliding window shutter and frame including jointing clit for fixing frame/chowkhat of window as per JINDAL section code (frame 20831), shutter (20846) including glazing with 5mm thick tinted glass & Aluminium wire mesh necessary fittings, rubber packing, suitable handles, rollers for shutters etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodized aluminium grill with suitable aluminium anodised frame F/H section best available as per design No DG-104, 6 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, an choring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indi cated, complete: push pull or manual type , thickness of laths 1.25 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Aplying two coat of anticrosive paint on steel surfaces including one coat of primer of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described

M&L for Preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed
