Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & n exc 1.5 m wide and getting out soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonary work built in CM including all quoins, arches, pillars etc & removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for 250 mm dia PVC half round pipe in drain including joint bracket with rubber ring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B0 ( using12.5 mm graded aggregate) in copings,kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chemfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 , type C2 ( using 40 mm graded aggregate) in surface channel and drain, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of half round pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 for 250 mm dia half round pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B1 ( using 20 mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel CRS TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated rocks exc. 1.5 km but n.exc 5 km and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installed testing and commissioning submersible pump set, electric driver 3 phase, 415 V (+10 or -10), confirming IP 68, CI Body, CI/Bronze impeller of head range 8-14 m, discharge 3600-475 LPM capacity of solid handling size 45 mm, (including support for submersible pump fixing on MS flat iron clamp/frame, and guard for submersible pump, length of SWR of size 6mm dia as per site requirement), Interconnection of delivery mains complete all as directed by Engr in charge. Supply & fix LT panel Board cubical outdoor type floor mounted compact metalised 415 Volts AC 50 Hz, fabricated of CRCA sheet not less than 3.00mm thick, totally enclosed, double door, non draw out type, dust and vermin proof, compartmentalized design, epoxy coated (shade RAL 7032) after 7 tank pretreatment process, Panel size not less than 1000 mm x750mm x 400 mm (minimum), Suitable Angle iron frame for floor mounted complete including copper bus bar 200 Amps 4 strip mounted on porcelain insulated & enclosed in chamber & connection from incoming and outgoing with openable shutter both sides compressing of following :- Make: BCH/C&S/ADVANCE (a) Incoming: MCCB 125 Amps 4 pole with adjustable thermal and Magnetic setting having breaking capacity 25 KA - 01 Nos (b) Outgoing: Magnetic Starter 15 HP, with over current/earth fault relay- 02 Nos.

M&L weather proof flexible three core 6 Sqmm flat cables copper counductor insulated with PVC sheathed for submersible pump motor with voltage grade up to 1100 including proper lugs, drawn through rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of size 25 mm dia inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. for interconnection of cable light/looping box to light etc. all as specified directed. Supply and laying MS pipes of 150 mm dia with , in any length laid in trenches/ floor heavy grade complete all as specified and directed. Make: TATA/BST/JINDAL

M & L MS bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socked etc) tee pieces , single branch, junction, double branch, cross ( all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps plugs suitable for the pipe upto 150 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. Make: TATA/BST/JINDAL

M & L NRV / Reflux valve cast iron body heavy duty with by pass arrangement suitable for size 150 mm dia complete including nuts, bolts, washers, CI flange and gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of sluice valves flanged type class PN 1.6 of size 150 mm dia bore complete including nuts, bolts, washers, CI flange and gasket complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Construction of valve pit chamber of follwong sizes with brick massonary, one brick thick wall in cement mortor (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in fdn, 15 mm thick cement & plaster rendering internally all arround over brick wk & externally upto 15cm below normal GL with 10 SWG thick MS sheet cover incld 40 x 40 x 6mm MS angle frame fixed locking arrangement and painting with one coat of red oxide and two coats of black Bituminous paints of size 1000 mm x 1000 mm x 900mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bore Earthing, 150 mm bore for earthing with maintenance free chemical earthing using copper electrode of size 19 mm dia - 01 No, 3 m long, Copper earth strip, excavation and earth work, back fill with compound (Chemical for earth enhancer gel 2 x 25Kg) - 01 set. all as directed, shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) IR Value should be less than 1.0 ohm. (ii) Copper earth stip of size 20 x 3.15 mm including installation 7.5 Mtr (Copper purity not less than 99%) is deemed to be included in the unit rate. (iii) Suitable FRP Chamber should be included in the unit rate.

M&L Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix medium duty PVC hose pipe 150 mm dia for dewatering, including coupler, clamp etc fixed to 150 mm MS pipe with flange complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated and PVC armoured heavy duty 1100 volt grade electric LT UG cable with aluminium conductor of size 35 Sqmm 3.5 Core laid in trenches/along the wall/pole including making all connections complete as required at site and as directed.
