4m height Hot Dip Galvanized Octagonal Pole with top dia 70mm, bottom dia 130mm, sheet thickness 3mm, base plate of 200X200X12 mm size suitable for mounting one number of LED street light fitting as per the item 2 . The pole shall be installed on a 1:2:4 concrete plinth as per the detailed diagram. The concrete plinth shall be of 45cmx45cmx60cm below the ground level and 45cmx45cmx10cm above the ground, providing separate adequate size 32mm OD pipes for incoming and outgoing power cables and earth wires with required nos. of GI foundation bolts of size 20mm dia 600 mm length, projected bolt size length 100 mm pitch circle dia 200mm to suit the holes of the base plate. The pole shall be cast vertically in the concrete, using template: the threaded portion protruded out side the plinth shall be galvanized. 6A SP MCB, neutral link, earth terminating facility and 16A, 4pole terminal block etc shall be fixed inside the octagnal pole as required.

Solar Hybridetype LED street light fittings which include 20W High Efficiency Monocrystalline Silicon Panel with LiFePo4 Battery of 12Ah or above, minimum 30 hrs battery backup, MPPT charge controller with efficiency of above 90%. water proof, plastic or treated plastic or toughened glass or anticorrosive rust proof material with IP 65 degree of protection, pole mounting clamps suitable for pole dia from 50-90mm, driver and accessories pre-wired upto terminal block in control gear compartment, LED shall have a total lumen of not less than 1800 lumen ±10%/fixture. CCT should be between 5700K +10%, CRI>70, Luminaire shall have good thermal management system to limit the operating junction temperature of LED within the manufacturer’s recommendations. Luminaire shall have UV resistant injection moulded polycarbonate lens as protector. Luminaire shall have integral fins and central spine attached to LED mounting area for better heat dissipation. The system Voltage Range of 12V. The driver should be equipped with surge protection (minimum 6.0kV). The operating Power factor shall be more than 0.95 (lag). The Total Harmonic distortion (voltage and current) shall be less than 10%. The efficiency of the luminaire shall be more than 85%. The Driver shall be constant current type of driver. The fixtures shall contain built in PIR sensor for motion detection and Automatic dusk to dawn feature.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 3P4W,, double door (metal door) surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 A tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (but without MCBs and incomer ) as required .

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of following switchgear in the existing VDB and making necessary connections as required.

Supply and laying of 3C x 1.5 sq.mm PVC Insulated and PVC sheathed Copper conductored round flexible copper wire manufactured with bright annealed copper conductor, Insulated and sheathed with electrical grade PVC.

Supply and installation of 3-ph 4-wire class 1 LT whole current type energy meters (10-60)A in sheet steel enclosure (meter box) having terminal blocks. including the supply and installation of metal enclosure and isolator of required rating .

Supply and installation of coil/spring earthing using 8SWG, GI wire for street light pole etc. GI wire buried to a minimum depth of 1.5m, with excavation, refilling and connecting GI wire to pole using bolt and nut complete.

Supply, laying/fixing of 10 SWG copper for earthing of switchboard and jointing as per IS:3043 / 87 in open trench / walls / pulling through pipes etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as per IS:3043 along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ open trench / walls / pulling through pipes/cable as required in open trench / walls / pulling through pipes/cable etc as required.

Earth work excavation (including refilling) in hard soil and depositing with a lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m including breaking clods, watering, ramming and sectioning of spoil bank etc complete.as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm nominal size broken stone for reinforced concrete work.

Reinforcement for RCC works, bend tied and placed in position (plain grill requiring bend cold) using for steel.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick one coat

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm OD rigid PVC pipe (ISI approved brand) pipes conforming to IS:13592 for working pressure of 6kg/sqcm including bents, fixing while concreting for taking out cables to the lighting system etc,and making good the damages etc.
