(i) Consultancy services for design of Central Air Conditioning (HVAC) system for MPO and TTD bldg ITR under GE (I) R&D Chandipur. Areas to be air conditioned and scope of HVAC will be as per Administrative Approval. The approximate capacity of plant shall be (a) 70 TR running & 35 TR stand by, (b) 60 TR running & 30 TR stand by. Inside conditions will be considered as given below. (Authority : User data sheet fwd by Tech Officer - D works, ITR Chandipur vide letter No. Nil dated 12 Apr 2022. (a) Dry Bulb Temperature : 22+ 3 0C (b) Relative Humidity : 50% + 5% (c) If recirculation is permitted No of person air changes per hour : Yes, 4 fresh Air changes per hour to be specified (d) Occupation (state max and minimum figures) : 30/20 persons active (e) Total equipment load in KW inside the AC : 34.8 KW (lighting : 30 KW for TTD bldg + 40 KW for MPO bldg Space.load (lighting load) : 5.0 KW for TTD bldg + 5.0 KW for MPO bldg (f) Size of dust parlicles permissible inside : 05 Microns (g) Acceptable noise level. : 40 Db (h) No of hours of running the AC plant : 24 hrs for TTD bldg, 24 hrs during mission activities & 8 hrs daily excet mission activities for MPO bldg.) (j) Whether winter heating and humidification : Yes (k) Required Heat output in Kcal per Hour or BTU per hour of stored : Nil material (if any). (l) Whether any explosive dust is floating in the air or bnoxious/toxic/ : NA explosiv/inflammable/hazardous gases/vapours are generated inside? Whether there is any special requirement of taking exhaust air (m) In order to estimate standby power requirement say whether the : Yes continuity of running of AC plants is mandatory. Any other remarks (ii) Preparation of architectural plan of building to be Air Conditioned and Plant Room based on actual site condition, on Auto CAD as required for design and development of HVAC system.
