Scaling of loose rock mass up to 200mm thick and disposal at 3 km from the site as directed, including all material, labour, machinery.

Excavation for foundation in hard rock by chiselling and wedging or line drilling including shoring and strutting, dewatering as necessary and disposing off excavated stuff as directed etc. complete.

Supplying and installation of High Tensile Rolled cable 6.5mm to 12mm diameter net of minimum longitudinal mesh having tensile strength 270 KN/m with a minimum breaking load of cable 45 KN with junction / tearing strength of the panel 20 KN to 24 KN and pull apart strength 10 KN to 11.50 KN for cable panel with Zn coating in confirms with IS:1835 Class- A or 95% ZN + 5% Al. ( as per EN- 10244-2-2009 ) with tensile strength of wire rope 1770 N/mm2, including top and bottom support rope, lacing wire or rope required to connect the nets and all accessories such as U-Clamps, turn buckles, thimbles, including safety, all other ancillary works, material, machinery, labour etc. complete as per technical specifications and approved design or equivalent or of higher specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-charge .Similar or equivalent or higher specification product will be accepted. If it is certified by any Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)

Supply and installation of Chain link fabric (2.7mm wire dia with zinc coating 240g/ sq.m) of 50X50 mm size (Fe 500) including 2mm dia binding wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required for proper completion of the work as per drawings, Technical Specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.l. wire of dia 2.7mm.for treatment of slopes as secondary mesh including all cost of material, labour, special labour and T&P required to complete the work in all respect as per drawings.

Design, Supply and installation of Debris Flow Barrier with double mesh i.e high tensile wire mesh or high tensile roll cable net with posts having Impact absorption energy of the system must be minimum of 150 KN/SQM in dynamic loading conditions and as per drawings, Technical Specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Material used for manufacturing the Debris Flow Barrier should be equivalent to the material used in ETAG certified mesh of high tensile steel not less than 1770N/mm2. (Equivalent or Higher System will be technically evaluated by IIT)

Supply and Installation of Self Drilling Anchors of 38mm diameter, Yield load minimum 400 kN, nut, washer plate, coupler for connecting bars, drill bit and full length grouting with admixture including all ancillary items for foundation anchoring etc. complete as per technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Providing and laying in situ M35 controlled cement concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for RCC work in main/ cross girders, diaphrams etc. including ramming, vibrating, curing, formwork, centering and finishing in cement plaster excluding reinforcement etc. complete. (with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled concrete batch mix plant / pan mixer with natural sand)

Providing and laying weep holes of 100 mm diameter PVC pipes as per drawing for abutment returns, return walls etc. Complete

Construction of Avalanche Shed

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 meters, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately etc. complete.

Providing and laying in PCC M15 grade leveling course below approach slab complete with fully automatic micro processor PLC with SCADA enabled reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) as per drawings and Technical specifications etc. complete with fine aggregates of required specifications ( VSI sand finely washed etc )

Providing and laying in situ M35 controlled cement concrete of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for RCC work in main/ cross girders, diaphragms etc. including ramming, vibrating, curing, formwork, centering and finishing in cement plaster excluding reinforcement etc. complete. Providing and fixing in position base plate/connecting plate/stiffener plates as per detailing in the drawings

Supply and Installation of Self drilling Hollow soil / rock anchor of outer dia. of 38 mm and inner dia. of 19 mm in soil/overburden/rock Installation with sacrificial drill bit of 76 dia. Including cost of anchor, coupler, spacer and sacrificial drill bit, drilling it installation and special T&P etc to complete the work in all respect as per drawings and Technical Specifications but including the cost of grouting.

Supply and Installation of double corrosion-protected multi strand prestressed cable anchors with Initial prestress load of minimum 1094 kN(with 6 nos of 15.2 mm dia strands with breaking load per monio strand of minimum 260.7 kN) and drill hole dia of 150 mm with full length grouting in two phases (grout length for Prestress = 30%), protective sheath for exposed part above the anchor head, centrallizers, including all ancillary items for anchoring, grouting and stressing on the slope surface along with casing (if required) for drilling in collapsible starta as per detailed technical specification sand as directed by EIC.
