Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in any description and in any position removal of debris from site all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) area not exc. 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and directed

S & F 30mm thick flush shutters, factory made, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides including 30x6mm thick teak wood lipping around the shutter, complete all as specified and directed

S & F of factory made wire gauged PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly all as per specification & drawing mentioned in SSR.

S & F 150mm long ISI marked mild steel pressed handle, oval type, stove enamelled black complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 200mm long ISI marked mild steel barrel tower bolts, stove enamelled black with bright bolts and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel sliding door bolts 300mm long, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 300mm mild steel ordinary rat tail rod pattern springs including roller and roller plate complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of Stainless Steel wire cloth of 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and direceted.

S&F factory made PVC Cupboard frame of the size 75mm x 40mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm thick plain/prelam PVC sheet of density 600 kg/cbm, having bottom width of 50mm and thickness of 10mm. All four frame lengths reinforced with 15 mm x 15mm M. S. square tubes of 19 gauge thickness throughout the frame and mitre cut at two corners adjointed with 2 nos. of 15mm long brackets 0f 10mm x10mm M S square tubes. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8/100 long M S screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 nos. of screws to be provided for each vertical member and minimum of 2nos. of screws to be provided horizontal member etc. complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge, manufacturer's specification and drawing. Note :- Material will be of Rajshree/ Sintex/ Cactus and will be fabricated through authorised fabricators of the approved firm.

S&F factory made PVC cupboard flush type shutter (to form double leaf door) of 30mm thick consisting of frame made out M S tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size 19mm x 19mm for stiles and rails. The inside panel shall consist of 20 mm thick multichamber hollow PVC section of 1mm wall thickness, bonded using solvent cement/ cynoacrylate adhesive with 5mm thick plain/prelam PVC sheet, on both side of inside panel incliding necessary items to fix the shuter to frame such as 100mm stailess steel hinges, 100 mm long handles made of anodised aluminium, hasp and staple and magnetic ball catch for each pair of shutter.All four edges of the panel to be sealed with lipping of 10mm thick and 20mm wide PVC sheet baton (made by sticking 2nos. PVC foam sheet of 5mm thickness using PVC solvent cement adhesive). complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Material will be of Rajshree/ Sintex/ Cactus and will be fabricated through authorised fabricators of the approved firm.

S&F factory made PVC shelf/ Partition of required size consisting of panel of 18mm thick Celuka PVC ply and for supporting the hold of shelf/ Partition and shall provided 3 edges in size 18mm x 18mm as per required length. The front side of the edge visible in the front of the shelf/ Partition to be edge lipped by 18mm width x 1mm thick PVC sheet using solvent cement etc including dismantling of existing partition/shelf of any description etc complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Material will be of Rajshree/ Sintex/ Cactus and will be fabricated through authorised fabricators of the approved firm.

S&F PVC sheet wall panelling of thickness 5mm consisting panels of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 35mm wide strips of 5mm thick PVC sheet. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long MS Screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A strip of 5mm thick PVC sheet of width 75mm featherd at edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement Complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Material will be of Rajshree/ Sintex/ Cactus and will be fabricated through authorised fabricators of the approved firm.

S & F of fibre glass reinforced plastic (FRP) door frames of cross section 95mm X45 mm having double rebate of 32mmX15mm to recive shutter of 30mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resign and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three leg the frame shall be covered with fibre glass in all side MS stay shall be provided bottom to steady the frame complete as specified by the manufacture and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick fiber glass reinforced plastic (FRP) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester esin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table 3 of IS: 14856 complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

M & L for applying one coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Excavation in post holes in soft/loose soil (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum and getting out and removing the surplus soil all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC corrugated, semi-corrugated sheets in roof coverings & ridges.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 sq cm and over in framed work in any position.

S & F of rolled mild steel sections as in steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 and painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at Contractor’s workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of rolled mild steel sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to Gde Fe-410 W (Gde- E- 250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F of rolled mild steel works as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, hook and pintle hinges, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, hooks for hanging fans, gusset plates, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick trapezoidal pattern of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down hood covers of rolling shutters loose brackets or guide plates or guide properly greasing helical spring, shafts, and guide channel for proper functioning of rolling shutter of any size and refixing in position after repairs complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 1mm thick mild steel plain black sheet in hood cover and similar work, cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or riveted and fixed to steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams including bending or turning up mitered angles etc and providing a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down rolling shutter any type including top covers for covers for carrying out repairs/replacement of worn out parts such as brackets guide shaft pulleys, gear wheels, gear boxes and straightening partition patties, press button rails, tightening end clips, cleaning and greasing the parts to in good condition and refixing. Note:- (a) Spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (b) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for fixing of spare parts.

S & F of 1.25 mm thick steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of red oxide primer erected in position complete push pull or manual type etc complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs, coping, benching etc including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches , ceiling roses , pendent , regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credits and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed at site.

Taking down old/unserviceable distribution board by disconnection of electric connection carefully SPN DBs/TPN DBs/ Main Switch including old unserviceable MCCBs/ MCBs, Isolators, etc and making good to disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium Sub main wiring of any size from surface/concealed /existing conduit of any height and removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors roofs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections from ceiling rose to fan, fan blades and deposit to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing single phase electronic energy meter of any capacity after disconnecting all necessary electrical connections and deposit to MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 6 here in before but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded flame retardant PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket cobmination point including necessary running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor flame retardant PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common eath dolly.

S & F for Switch Piano type single pole 5 amp, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed at site.
