Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Vehicle along with Driver should be supplied to Office of the Executive Engineer, Project Division, Chikkaballapura for implementation of PMGSY/NGNRY and other Schemes in Chikkaballapura District

Interested firm / agency from Chikkaballapura district are invited to submit the offer for supplying of vehicle for hire on monthly basis. Your proposal will form the basis for ultimately drawing a contract between you and the client.

Vehicle supplying firm / agency should have obtained official trade license in their name and submit certified copy. Also PAN card , GST registration copy and bank account should be in the same name and certified copy to be submitted. Vehicles should have official permit from respective RTO, Fast tag and license for current year.

One AC vehicle such as Toyota Etios/Maruti Swift Desire or similar type of recent Model (2021 model or 2021 onwards)has to be supplied. Vehicle along with driver should be in possession of the concerned officer and its movement is regulated by the officer.

Hiring period of the vehicle is for one year or further order whichever is earlier

The approximate running of vehicle is 3000 Kms /Month and it may vary accordingly.

Hire charges of vehicle will be paid on monthly basis to a maximum of Rs . 43,500/- per month.

Hire charges of vehicle are inclusive of fuel, Crew, maintenance, repairs, Insurance Charges, Drivers cost, drivers, bata, toll charges on highways, etc., Any hike in fuel, spares, etc is included in the agreed rate. Extra amount cannot be claimed due to this

The Driver of the vehicle should posses valid driving License. He should not have any bad habits and should be healthy. He should not use mobile during driving and be obedient to officers. Whenever situation demands, driver should work even on Sundays or holidays as per instructions of officers. But no extra amount will be paid for working on holidays.

If vehicle supplied is under repair, it is the responsibility of the supplier to provide alternate vehicle. Same driver should drive vehicle every day. Only in circumstances beyond control, alternative driver shall be sent for duty. Any accident met with during running of vehicle for office work should be taken care of by supplier and department or officers will not take any responsibility on this.

This notification is subjected to any further orders from government from time to time.

It is the sole responsibility of the tender to keep all documents updated and in order for which this office is not held responsible in the event of any checks or accidents.

After Agreement is made for this office use, the vehicle must not be used for private hire basis for that stipulated agreement period.

All payments will be made through online payment to supplier Account

In the event of any loss or damages due to accident, this office or the Government is not responsible for any loss occurred.

After accepting the lowest tender, no advance amount will be released

The owner shall fully comply with the various relevant provisions of the labor, like provident fund, ESI act etc

Stipulated income tax and GST will be deducted as per norms.

Necessary arrangement such as carrier should be provided so as to convey lab equipments to the site.

In case of halts outside the jurisdiction the owner should make necessary arrangements for the stay of the driver at his own expense.

Driver should maintain a log book / trip sheets and enter the mileage performed and obtain signature of the person / official allowed in the vehicle

During the tender Process, Executive Engineer Project Division, Chikkaballapura is empowered to take final decisions, whatever so without assigning any reasons. All powers are rested with Executive Engineer Project Division, Chikkaballapura to accept or reject the tender.

Driver should be SSLC Pass with valid LMV license, No Physical handicaps, eye sight problem, night blindness.

Any addendum issued shall be part of the bidding documents and shall be deemed to have been communicated to all bidders who have moved this tender to their My Tenders area.
