Note: old unserviceable Geyser will be deposited in E/M store yard.

S&F in replacement tamper proof, electronic, single phase whole current energy meter (LCD Display) 10 Amp to 60 Amp, 240 volt class 1.03 and class 2.05 AC supply including cable connection, proper sealing with lead. The meter shall comply with the latest version of IS-13779 with at least 2 anti-tamper LED indication of line load reversal and earth loading indication including electrical connection with existing system and sealing properly including push fit type PVC box complete. The meter shall work satisfactory with guarantee accuracy as per limit of IS-13779. The meter shall be fixed on existing steel boxes on wall complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old unserviceable meter shall be deposited to E/M store yard.

Dismantling electric and water connection of the 25/50 ltr's geyser, taking down from its original position on ground, dismantling geyser complete such as removing tank from its outer body, removing apparatus plate from the tank, descaling the geyser inner tank and apparatus plate complete, testing its thermostat, heating element, and tank from leakage,

reassembling the geyser, replacement of unserviceable parts such as heating element, rubber gasket & testing the geyser and installation of the geyser into its original position and connecting all electric and water supply connection complete and testing on completion all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Materials and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground end vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel earth wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c both ways, and with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia MS round bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 15 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (light grade) for protection of earth lead connection, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part –I (2009) and as directed.
