Surface excavation n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in Soft/loose soil.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide & nexc 1.5 mtr deep for foundation & manholes n.exc 10Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/disitegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soil. complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and raming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil.

M&L 50mm thick Sand filling as sub base of paver block flooring/hardstanding including watering and compacted with plate vibrater to uniform levels and falls, as required, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L 100mm thick Hardcore using broken stone or boulders of gauge exc 63 mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L plain Cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8, using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain Cement concrete type C-1 (1:3:6, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in kerb stone etc, incl weathering slighting rounded or chamfered angles and throating incl necessary form work .

M&L plain Cement concrete, type B-1, (1:2:4,using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed block benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamferred on edges including necessary form work/moulds complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete RCC type A1 (1:1.5:3, using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC type A1 ( 1:1.5:3, using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Columns pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Polished granite stone slab 16 to 18mm thick coloured as in wall steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills,cooking platforms , cantilevers, shelves set and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed in neat white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, including moulding at front edge all as specified and as directed as in platforms including in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite. etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Shade of granite shall be approved by GE.

M&L Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of rough finished surface of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers,columns, and stanchions etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. for fixing barbed wire/concertina coil over compound wall, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of GI barbed wire fixed to mild steel brackets/ RCC/Steel fencing posts complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Epoxy coated (pre-painted) Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed

S&F 0.50 mm thick prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws.

M/S Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in wall dado/wall cladding, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. Note : The type of tile shall be lamina beigh, rusted punch/platinum of make : M/s Somany ceramic tiles.

M&L 100mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8, using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors all as specified and directed byEngineer-in-Charge.

M&L 80 mm thick Machine pressed precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any colour, any shape and size confirming to IS 15658, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : After laying paver blocks over sub base, a thin layer of sand shall be spread over the surface of paver block area and vibrated with plate vibrator adequatly to ensure sand particles are filled into the joints, to ensure proper interlocking of tiles.

M&L 10mm thick Rendering on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) finished fair and even to receive tiles etc on verticle surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15mm thick Rendering on fair faces of concrete masonary surfaces ,in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 15mm thick Rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and similar likes at any height including necessary scaffolding including taking down existing cement plaster of any description, racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Eng-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised iron epoxy coated (Pre Coated) Concertina coil, punched tape manufactured from 2.60mm dia high tensile spring steel wire as per IS-4454, dia of each concertina coil @ 610 mm and the height of the coil when stretched shall be approximately @ 500mm, duly tied to barbed wire with and incl provision of steel clips @ 5 clips per spiral in one row and steel tape 19mm width as per IS-513 complete with18 micron zink coating including removal of vegetation/bushes if any, surrounding the existing concertina coil/barbed wire placed over 'Y' Shaped angle, all as directed. Note: 1 Barbed wire will be measured & paid separately. 2. Contractor is reqired to submit test certificate for galvanising. 3. Each concertina coil to be expanded upto max of 6 mtr in length only.
