Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Agency should have filed GST and IT returns for last three years.

Bidder shall remit an EMD amount of Rs. 50,400 through KPP portal.

Bidder should have a transaction of having supplied vehicle for a sum minimum Rs. 20.16 lakhs.

Tender validity is 90 days subject to extension.

Bidder shall quote a rent in Rupees for each vehicle per month.

Least Cost criterion is adopted to arrive at L1 and if there is equality of quotations, successful bidder will be selected from picking a chit from the lot.

Tender inviting authority reserves the right to cancel the tender at any stage.

If the service provided by the agency is satisfactory, contract may be extended till one more year.

Satisfactory Performance Certificate

Bidder should have supplied vehicle service for a minimum 20.16 lakhs Rs. per year.

Work Done Certificate

Bidder should have GSTIN

Should have filed ITR for last 3 years successfully.

ITR Filed Copy (Mentioning PAN)

Financial Status

Bidder should have obtained trade licence from local body.
