Removing suplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable 8cm before laying cable and 15cm deep over the cable including spreading and consolidations, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness i.e. 18mm will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying in trenches dry well burnt locally available sub class 'B' bricks over sand cushioning for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, commissioning and testing in repairs of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanise steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric power cable with aluminium conductor, 6.35/ 11 KV suitable for 11000 volts grade, cross-sectional area 95 sqmm 3core complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for replacement of cable jointing kit for 11 kV grade (Earthed) HT cable for indoor termination cold shrinkable type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of following sizes complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing of disc type insulator, polymer type, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators for working pressure 11000 volt of 145mm height 255mm dia ball and socket type two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamp for conductors including bolts, nuts & washers complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of unserviceable air break gang operated switch 11000 volts grade from overhead HT line structure vertical/ horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing 11 KV outdoor type Gang Operated Air Break Switch, 9 polymer type insulator, triple pole vertical type mechanically operated, mounted on polymer insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level with 25mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) operating rod of suitable length for current rating upto 200 Amps with dropout fuse connected with new ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of steel frame, GI pipe suitable length and drop out fuses.

Dismantling unserviceable explusion fuse assembly including insulators, 11000 volts grade from pole.

Supply and fixing explusion fuse single pole including insulators and drop out fuse 11000 volt grade of 25 to 50 Amps capacity complete. (Set of Three)

Dismantling unserviceable lightening arresotrs including insulators, 11000 volts grade from poles and removal from site. (Set of three).

Material and labour for detecting of fault of HT underground cable (any place any length any type/ size) with help of vehicle mounted cable fault locator including detecting exact location of cable fault and remove of cable for rectification complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 11 KV (VCB) from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts including greasing, oiling, replacement of unserviceable Trip coil, Breaker charging motor, gear pinion, roller switch, big gear checking of SF6 quality of vaccum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance and re-assembling the same after require and made the VCB serviceable including making all electrical connection and testing (IR value, Ratio test, polarity test) and connection verification of 11 KV current transformer (set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT and testing and calibration of relay (set of two over current and one earth fualt) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. Complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) All spares parts of VCB panel shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent item as supply only. (ii) The repair work and testing of VCB shall be carried out by the representative of OEM only.

Rewinding of LT/ HT coil, conforming to the orginal winding of the transformer of any make/ capacity with super enamelled DPC insulated copper wire/ strip of appropriate guage and turns and cutting and moving of burnt winding cleaning of core and drying in over after assembly including allied materials. Complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (i) Old retrieved materials shall be contractors property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor's dues. (ii) Rewinding work shall be carried out through OEM authorised representative. (iii) The repair work under each transformer shall be ordered by GE in writting after visual inspection on opening of transformer. (iv) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost of new gasket.

Material and labour for trimming/ cutting tree branches with clearing space upto 2 meter from the overhead conductor's any side, all around for HT distribution system complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Contractor shall take shut down from JE In Charge and proper enter into the shut down register at power house and complete the work within the time and clear the shut down from main power house after completion the work. (ii) The overhead line will be maintained for whole period of contract and the payment will be made on in final bill only. (iii) One span shall be corresponding to from one pole to next immediate pole. (iv) Tree/ branches shall be Govt property.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable PCC/ Steel poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and errection steel tubular pole complete with cast iron base plate, final tapper plug, nuts bolts and screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 meter long) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat, one finishing coat of aluminium paint and epoxy coating sufficient for 11 KV insulation complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing aluminium strip 40 x 6mm, fixing with screws, including making holes for cable/ thimbles as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT jumper of 70 sqmm single core aluminium cable conductor including PG clamps, nut bolts, thimbles and washer required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces and painting to steel tubular poles of any height 9/11/13 meter, any type (double swan/ single swan) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 meter height above form ground level (in yellow and black strips of 30 cm wide each) and applying two coats of aluminium paint above 1.5 meter height of poles including painting on cross arms, bracing, clamps etc and writing pole number with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces and painting to 4 pole structure PCC/ Steel poles of any height 9/11/13 meter, any type (double swan/ single swan) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint upto 1.5 meter height above form ground level (in yellow and black strips of 30 cm wide each) and applying two coats of aluminium paint above 1.5 meter height of poles and cross arms, bracing, clamps and writing pole number with black synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
