PATHWAY

Dismantling and removing R.C.C. columns, beams, slab, staircase landing, lintels including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation trenches in All kinds of soil including dressing of sides and leveling the bed up to the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with all leads and lifts, including shoring, shuttering and dewatering (if required) with cost of labour, hire & running charges of water pumps sundries & T&P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the Foundation & Plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation and floors using Portland Slag Cement(PSC) with 4 cm. Size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T & P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade including centering & shuttering as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 20 N / mm2. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceed 25 % ) to be mixed in concrete mixture including compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. But excluding cost and conveyance of Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending & binding etc. of tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Providing, fixing and placing of Tor steel (HYSD) Fe-500(Make:SAIL/RINL/TISCON/JINDAL STEEL/SHYAM STEEL )for RCC work in all floors of required diameter of approved quality with straightening, Cutting, bending, binding welding or jointing if necessary, bending, binding, tying the grills as required for R.C.C. works, providing fan hooks where necessary and hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position according to approved designs and drawings including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, taxes of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge required for the work and cost of all labour, sundries, T & P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge ( payment will be made according to the actual weight of M.S rod /Tor steel consumed in the work and no separate payment will be made towards weight of binding wires which is to be borne by the contractor at his own cost of all labour, sundries, T & P and scaffolding complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing Fly Ash Brick masonry using fly ash bricks of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix(1:6) with ordinary Portland slag cement(PSC) and screened & washed sand for mortar in foundation, plinth, basement and for ornamental flower beds, plinth moulding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Fly Ash Brick masonry using fly ash brick of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix(1:6) with ordinary Portland slag cement(PSC) and screened & washed sand for mortar in superstructure including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm. thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick masonry walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing, rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T&P and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete in all respect as desired by the Engineer in charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with Portland slag cement (PSC) and with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and , cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. with providing grooves as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 6 mm. thick cement plaster with cement mortar of mix (1:4) in all floors at all height with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar to ceiling plaster of roof slab, staircase, landings, chajja and shelves etc. including roughening, scraping, chiseling, cleaning closed deep chipping with slurry treatment and finished smooth to all R.C.C surface including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and , cost of all labour, sundries, T&P , scaffolding, watering and curing etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of En

gineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Supplying and laying of hydraulically pressed and mechanically compacted free cast interlocking UNI PAVER of 80MM thick of different colour , coral shaped preparation of sub base with 50mm sand and leveling,laying of interlocking paver block with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-chrge.

Providing & fixing precast ,precured Cement Concrete [1: 1.5 :3 ] kerb stone [450 x300x175mm] with graded stone aggregates & fixing in position & pattern as shown in drawing in cement mortar [1cement: 6 coarse sand] & pointing in cement mortar [1cement: 2 coarse sand] including necessary excavation & filling side treanches etc. including cost of all materials, labour, tax, lead, T&P etc. complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer/ Architect-in-charge.

Providing and painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and approved shade confirmming to ISI on wood work to give an even shade in all floors at all height of approved quality and shade including sand papering and making the surface smooth with cost, coveyance, loading and unloading, of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P, scaffolding etc. required for the work and complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

ELECTRICAL WORKS

Supply and fixing of 5 / 6 amp socket outlet with 6 Amp, 250 V clip in type modular switch ISI marked mounted on G.I moular box with face plate & cover of suitable size including all accesories and connection on same switch board as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Recessed wiring for 5 / 6 amp socket outlet with 2 x 1.5 sq.mm FRLSH PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor of ISI marked in 20 mm dia non-metalic PVC conduit with 6Amp, 250 V clip in type switch ISI marked mounted on G.I moular box with face plate & cover of suitable size , with 1.5 sq.mm FRLSH PVC insulated single core multistrand copper conductor as earth wire including all accesories and connection on separate board as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Make of wire KEI /Polycab/ Anchor / Havels/ Finolex /Eq)

Supply and fixing of 2 x 6 amp socket outlet controlled by 2 nos 6Amp, 250 V clip in type switch ISI marked mounted on single G.I moular box with face plate & cover of suitable size including all accesories and connection on separate board as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 6 pin 16 amp socket outlet ISI marked mounted on G.I moular box with face plate & cover of suitable size including all accesories and connection as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of 5 amp to 32 amp rating 240 V "B"/C series 10KA single pole miniature circuit breaker suitable for lighting and other loads in the existing MCB DB ISI marked complete with connections testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Plastic body Exhaust fan 200 mm sweep with louvers of approved make with all other required materials & labour complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Make- Havells/Crompton/Usha/Orient/Bajaj).

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm sweep ceiling fan including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated single core multiatrand copper conductor etc of approved make with all other required materials & labour complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. SITC of energy efficient LED tube light fittings with decorative alluminium batten and LED tube light having power rating not more than 20 watt and lumen output not less than 2000 lumen complete with electronic driver and all other accessories with diffuser of approved make with all other required materials & labour complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Painting to external surface of building with two coats of weather seal coat of approved shade and quality of approved design after cleaning by watering & removing the dirts etc. to the surface to be painted including watering, curing, cost, conveyance and , cost of all labour, brushes, T&P etc. and necessary scaffolding work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

SITC of energy efficient LED tube light fittings with decorative alluminium batten and LED tube light having power rating not more than 10 watt and lumen output not less than 2000 lumen complete with electronic driver and all other accessories with diffuser of approved make with all other required materials & labour complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. PC diffuser in white powder coated finish with independent electronic low THD (<10%) LED driver of approved make with all other required materials & labour complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying, storing, laying, testing and commissioning of 3.5c x 35 Sq. mm armoured Aluminium Cable direct in ground including excavation, sand cushining protective covering and refilling the trench of approved make complete with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick ISI marked including accessories and providing masonary with cover plate having loccking arrangement and watering pipe etc with charcoal and salt of approved make complete with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying 25 mm x 6 mm Copper earth strip ISI marked at 0.5 meter below ground level as strip earth electrode including soldering of approved make complete with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3000 mm long decorative lighting pole with mild steel body step pole with grey/black powder coting fnish, Pole size dia 60.3 & Base size dia139.7. The control gear tray made up off diecast alluminium body & prewired with 2.5 sqmm copper cable, 6 Amp SP MCB, 32 Amp 4 pole connector, 5 Amp 3 way terminal connector & earthing point. Supplying, storing, laying, testing and commissioning of 3 c x 4 Sq. mm armoured Copper Cable direct in ground including excavation , sand cushining protective covering and refilling the trench of approved make complete with all materials & labour as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, installation and commissioning of 35W LED post top light luminaries having Versatile pressure die-cast aluminium IP66 with high power LED as light source to be fixed on the ends of pole etc complete with connection as required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Make: Havells Ruby /K- Lite/ BAJAJ/ CG/Jaquar/ equivalent).
